00:00MUSC's Autopsy Report says that is the cause of manner of death for Alaina Catherine Moore.
00:09Her cause of death is listed, and I will read it exactly as it is on the paper, complications
00:16of cardiac dysarrhythmias with premature ventricular contractions.
00:23Her final autopsy diagnosis is listed as complications of cardiac dysrhythmias with
00:31abnormalities, with premature ventricular contractions, and a clinical history of irregular
00:40heartbeat, cardiac dysrhythmias, cardiac arrhythmias with premature ventricular contractions.
00:47She also lists a clinical history of dyspnea, which is shortness of breath, on exertion.
00:54She lists a clinical history of heart palpitations, a clinical history of anxiety disorder, post-traumatic
01:02stress disorder, attention deficit disorder, ADHD, excess alcohol use, and she also showed
01:12that she had a fatty liver.
01:14Absolutely no evidence of traumatic physical injury to the body, zero.
01:22Toxicology reports showed no substances other than a .089 ethanol, which is the alcohol.
01:40So, the complete body x-rays were done, no broken bones, no evidence of sexual assault or
01:56other traumatic physical injury.
01:58None.
02:00So, all her organs, considering that she was in a state of decomposition, she was still able
02:11to look at the organs and everything was normal.
02:17The neck showed no abnormalities, and I say that because the hyoid bone and the larynx were
02:22all intact, which proved she was not strangled, beaten, any of those.
02:32And she says that, in light of historical information and the autopsy findings, it is the opinion of
02:40the pathologist that the decedent died as a result of complications of cardiac dysrhythmias
02:46with premature ventricular contractions.
02:49That means, the manner of death is natural.
