00:00It was great, I mean being here at Whistling Woods International, the reaction of these students is like priceless because
00:07they are the ones who are actually studying film and cinema and you know understand more about it and I
00:14think as people who learn about films and as an audience, their reaction just meant so much, they loved it,
00:22they were cheering for us, they asked all the right questions and that's very encouraging for us as a film
00:28as well.
00:28So it's amazing being here.
00:31Zaheer?
00:31Same.
00:35It was a lot of workshops and a lot of help from my director, Karan Rawal, he's been fantastic and
00:40he was very clear of what he wanted so it makes it really easier for us and yeah and lots
00:45and lots of varieties we've tried during our workshops, shot a lot of this and would see the videos and
00:52see whether this is something that we want to go that high or that low or what we want to
00:57do.
00:57So yeah so it was all thanks to the director to give us that much time before we start shooting
01:00the film.
01:01Funny story.
01:02Yeah so it was a friend of ours so we all were just having dinner.
01:05My character's name is Karan in the film obviously.
01:09Yeah and these couple of friends we were out for dinner and they were like what's your next and I
01:13said I'm doing this and it's a very hard film to say in one line.
01:17And those friends were from the film industry so I landed up narrating the whole film to them so that
01:21they get the exact idea of what I'm doing.
01:24And at the end this one friend just like bro this film should be called 2M.
01:28And I was like yeah and then I called the producer and he's like bro I don't think this name
01:32is going to be available and it was.
01:33So luckily we got it.
01:35I thought it was so suitable and thanks to our friend who came up with it Swati and you know
01:42it just stuck like ever since we had a working title before that.
01:45So when we got this name we felt more connected with the film because it all just came together.
01:51That recall value comes and it automatically tells you the theme of the film.
01:58So I think it's truly apt.
02:00It's called recall at one point.
02:02Oh yeah.
02:03It's actually called recall at one point.
02:04You know that Zaheer and I star in this film but the third star is this phone.
02:10So when you watch the film, you will know what the connection is.
02:15So until you watch it in my hand.
02:18It is actually.
02:19Yeah.
02:22Honestly, it depends on what they are making and what they are doing.
02:27I don't want to give advice.
02:28But I just feel that authenticity is what people really connect with.
02:32And that is something that they should keep highest whenever they are creating anything.
02:38Whether it is a film, whether it is content, whether it is anything that's going out and you want to
02:44have a connect with the audience.
02:45If you are not authentic, the audience will not connect with them.
02:48I think people can see through fake stuff.
02:50Yeah.
02:50Because you see so much.
02:51So it's always better to, if you want to decide to make content.
02:55It's what I feel that if you decide to make content about something, make sure you genuinely love it or
02:58are passionate about it or you thoroughly enjoy it.
03:01Sona does makeup videos because she genuinely enjoys doing that and this.
03:07So yeah, just enjoy what you are doing because people can see through bullshit.
