00:00Frank Caliendo is going to be in studio with us for the entire hour here.
00:06And I just looked on the video monitor and I see Jimmy the Bed Bug is wearing a Bed Bug
00:12costume.
00:12So we're doing double the comedy.
00:16I can't compete with that.
00:18I mean, we brought out a costume.
00:21Why do you have a costume? Is it for October or is it National Roach Day? What are you doing?
00:27I'll give you a little back story here.
00:29Jimmy, our associate producer, off the air.
00:34This stems from a buddy I used to still have named Jim, but we used to call him Bed Bug.
00:40And I started calling Jimmy the Bed Bug and we decided that it kind of works for him.
00:46He's a Bed Bug.
00:46Like he'll get under your skin.
00:48He won't back down.
00:50And Solana had mentioned buying him a Bed Bug costume for Halloween, I thought.
00:56I'm allergic to Bed Bugs.
00:59And I didn't know that.
01:01How did you twist Jimmy's arm into wearing this with a guest in studio?
01:05I told him if he didn't, he'd be fired.
01:07Big man.
01:08That's exciting.
01:09Jimmy, how do you feel in the Bed Bug costume?
01:12A little hot.
01:13Yeah.
01:13Yeah.
01:14Well, you look good, man.
01:15You look better.
01:16You look like you should be between a couple of mattresses.
01:19You look like I should peel up a mattress and find it.
01:22There he is.
01:23Got it.
01:23Jimmy.
01:26How would Al Pacino get rid of Bed Bug?
01:28I think we're already doing that.
01:29Come on.
01:30You don't have to set it up.
01:31It's already part of it.
01:32That's what I do.
01:33I check the mirror first thing.
01:35I saw this on Instagram.
01:36All right.
01:36You plug something in, put something on the mirror and make sure it's not a two-sided mirror.
01:41Next thing you do is put something on the door.
01:43Opens the door.
01:44Falls down.
01:45Somebody's been in your room.
01:48But then you got to check those mattresses.
01:52See if there's anything living inside of them.
01:55Like Jimmy.
01:56Like Jimmy.
01:57Yeah.
01:58Pressing buttons, but not for the radio station.
02:02For your skin.
02:03Let me introduce Frank Caliendo officially because we rarely start with a guest right
02:08at the top of the show.
02:10Frank Caliendo will be in studio with us for the entire hour.
02:13He has three shows coming up at the Palm Beach Improv starting tomorrow.
02:17He's got one show tomorrow night, two shows on Saturday.
02:20Palm Beach Improv is in Wellington, by the way, and it'll sell out.
02:24So if you want to get tickets, go to frankonstage.com or palmbeachimprov.com.
02:31I'm going to tomorrow night show.
02:33I'm going with Ryan from Funky Buddha and his wife Gianni, but we'll be there tomorrow night.
02:38That doesn't even sound real, from Funky Buddha and his wife Gianni.
02:42He owns the Funky Buddha Brewery.
02:44My goodness.
02:45Welcome to Miami.
02:47So if you want to go, there's one show tomorrow.
02:54I may have to leave the show early tomorrow to get up to Wellington by 7 o'clock, by the
02:57way.
02:58I was wondering about that.
03:00It's going to be rough.
03:00It's going to be tight.
03:01I was wondering if that was a plot.
03:03Yeah.
03:04That was a...
03:04Problem is Solana's off tomorrow, so it'll just be Jimmy the bed bug and Crowder if I...
03:09Oh, I'm going to network.
03:10If I hit it early.
03:12I think we might...
03:13That means we've got to do some stuff that's replayable tomorrow in that hour.
03:17There you go.
03:18Oh, now I'm just getting warmed up.
03:21Here we go.
03:22Let's make it all the way.
03:23So, anyway, if you want to see Frank tomorrow night in Wellington or two shows on Saturday,
03:30frankonstage.com or palmbeachimprov.com.
03:33Let me ask you, right off the jump, we're going to do headlines here with Solana.
03:36We'll have some fun this hour.
03:37Heisman Trophy winner Gino Toretta will join us today, as he always does.
03:41Professional gambler Rob Pizzola of the great nation of Canada will join us today as well.
03:47Tonight, Thursday Night Football, we're going to be seeing a ton of these promos for the John
03:51Madden movie because Thursday Night Football is on Amazon Prime and that new movie with
03:57Nicolas Cage is on Amazon Prime.
03:59It releases next month.
04:01Why did they cast Nicolas Cage and not Frank Caliendo?
04:05Well, I don't want to talk about it.
04:06Okay.
04:08He's on.
04:08No, first of all, I'm 4'11".
04:12I'm not going to be able to...
04:13That's like casting, you know, Kevin Hart to play Shaq, right?
04:19That's like, what we're talking about, make it happen, let's see, dunk the ball, right?
04:23It's not going to happen.
04:24So for me to be playing that role, they have the body right.
04:30That's the one thing.
04:31If you look at that visual of John Madden there.
04:34Now, I did get a call.
04:35Well, first of all, they called me and asked me to audition for the part of Howard Cosell.
04:39And I was like, that would be weird.
04:42They didn't offer me the part.
04:43They just wanted me to audition.
04:45And the best I have of a Howard Cosell is, this is Howard Cosell.
04:49Everyone does that.
04:50Everybody could do.
04:51And let's say I got the part in the movie.
04:54Everybody would be like, his Madden's way better than his Howard Cosell.
04:57This is awful.
04:58Why is Caliendo even in this, right?
05:00So then I turned...
05:01I didn't even do the audition.
05:02I didn't want to spend the time on it.
05:04So then I get a call from my agent a few weeks later.
05:06He's like, the director and Nicolas Cage want to do a Zoom call with you about this movie.
05:13And I'm like, no.
05:14He's like, what do you mean no?
05:15I'm like, no.
05:16I don't want to do a Zoom call.
05:18If I'm going to give away the Madden recipe, the vocal recipe for John Madden, I'm hanging out with Nicolas
05:23Cage.
05:24I'm going to...
05:25He lives in Vegas.
05:26We're going to drink ourselves to death.
05:28I don't even drink.
05:29I'm going to start just for that kind of a thing, right?
05:32I'm going to write Sidecar, the Ghost Rider down the strip.
05:34That's what we're doing.
05:35I'm going to do a Leslie Stahl walk and talk, 60 minutes type of deal.
05:39So he's in his basement.
05:41He's like, here's my...
05:41He's got the exotic animals.
05:42Here's my monitor lizard.
05:44Frank, what would John Madden say to my monitor lizard?
05:48We're going to steal the Declaration of Independence.
05:51So that doesn't happen probably because this is what's going on in my mind.
05:55But Madden didn't like me.
05:56John Madden, like what people don't realize is Madden didn't like me all those years.
06:00I've told that story to you.
06:01Maybe you haven't heard a crowd of it.
06:03But I finally met him at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dallas at the Super Bowl, Packers, and Steelers that
06:10year.
06:11And I made John Madden's grandkids laugh.
06:14And that was the moment that kind of changed.
06:16Well, there was the icebreaker.
06:17I get it now.
06:18I mean, that's the kind of thing where you see the kids laughing.
06:20You know, in my head, it's kind of, you know, the wheels are turning and boom.
06:23I mean, I started to get it.
06:25So I thought, you know, I didn't have a relationship with John Madden.
06:29So the only thing they could be doing on the Zoom call was really trying to pick my brain for
06:34the Madden voice, which I would have, you know, I could have taught him.
06:37I could have worked with him on that because Nicolas Cage is in here.
06:41It's nasally.
06:42And you got to bring it back to the back.
06:44You're supposed to go from here to back here.
06:47There's this whole thing I do online that's basically amazing.
06:51Well, it's like Kermit the Frog.
06:54And then Fozzie Bear is, ah, waka, waka, waka.
06:56So Kermit the Frog is nasally, and waka, waka, waka, that Fozzie Bear is more of a throat thing.
07:01So if you take Kermit the Frog, hang on, Kermit the Frog and bring it down a little bit, becomes
07:04John C. Reilly.
07:05Did you touch my drum set?
07:08And then if you bring it down a little bit more and add some air, it becomes Mark Ruffalo.
07:12I had no idea we were even doing this.
07:14Why would somebody even bring me up, huh?
07:17What are we doing?
07:18Then if you bring it down even more, it becomes Paul Giamatti.
07:21I believe that's one of the craziest things I have ever heard in my entire life.
07:25And if you tighten it up, it becomes Seth Rogen.
07:27I don't know.
07:29Is there a call for Mark Ruffalo impressions?
07:31There really is.
07:32He once messaged me on Instagram, or commented on Instagram, if you speak Spanish, you got the job.
07:42So there's that.
07:43And then if you go back, Seth Rogen, oh, this one right in here, if you bring it down a
07:48little bit, add a little Texas twang, it becomes Patrick Mahomes.
07:52I mean, that's the kind of a thing that, you know, well, I mean, that was just, you know, and
07:58Patrick Mahomes sounds like a little kid who was playing with another little kid out in the woods.
08:03The other little kid got hurt, and Patrick has to come back and tell the adults about it.
08:07Like, Travis and I, we were just, we were out there, and he fell down, because he's getting a little
08:13older now.
08:14And after he fell down, he skinned his knee, and we're going to need a splint, some bactine, and a
08:22tourniquet.
08:23It's great when you give it that back story.
08:25That it really is.
08:26Because that's every interview he does, like, um, ah, and it was, I'm a really good, ah, ah, like that,
08:32ah, ah, ah, like he's getting things wrong in the middle of his interview, ah, ah.
08:38So, and then if you get that out of there, it becomes Joe Rogan.
08:41Wow, Jamie, pull that up.
08:42That is effing nuts.
08:44That's crazy.
08:45That's wild.
08:47Oh, my God.
08:48So all those voices are kind of related.
08:51You would have blown Nicolas Cage's head wide open, because that's what would have happened while you were in his
08:57basement.
08:57Yeah, there's those type of things, there's, you know, when you take Robert Downey Jr., who's basically just burping up
09:02the punchlines, and then you throw it up, and you throw it, throw me a frickin' bone here, please, okay?
09:10So then it becomes Dr. Evil, and this isn't political, but if you answer me, it becomes possibly the greatest
09:15human of all time, and a lot of people are saying, a lot of people are saying, that sharks with
09:19laser beams.
09:20We're going to send sharks with laser beams to San Diego and Los Angeles.
09:25We're going to do that.
09:26We're going to do it.
09:27We're going to do it.
09:28By the way, Matt, you know, library jump, quiet.
09:30We're going to be very, very quiet.
09:32I'm hunting wabbits.
09:33Wabbits season?
09:34No, duck season.
09:35Farks, it's duck season.
09:36No, wabbits season.
09:37Duck season.
09:38Wabbits season.
09:39Duck season.
09:40Duck season?
09:41Wabbits season.
09:42Farks, you got me.
09:45That's all, folks.
09:46Come on.
09:47What are we doing with a guy with a thing?
09:49Why is he going to grow up in Scotland, Pennsylvania?
09:51We didn't have duck season.
09:53We didn't have ducks.
09:55We had geese.
09:58Sound like Patrick Mahone.
10:00We had a shovel of crap.
10:04Is that the most fun one to do?
10:06A lot of people are shoveling.
10:07Because of the face with Biden.
10:08Folks, come on.
10:09It just seems like it would be fun.
10:11Just make a face like you're Walter, Jeff Dunham's puppet.
10:20Jeff Dunham's puppet reference will get me every time.
10:23That's going deep.
10:24What's funny is that was one of the first references I ever did was,
10:28Forks, I look like Walter.
10:30And then I see Dunham probably never knew that,
10:32but then he started having Walter do.
10:35Oh, that's funny.
10:36Yeah, I mean, it's great.
10:37That's funny.
10:37But what sucks is if the guy actually does the joke,
10:40and I'm not saying he ever saw me.
10:41I doubt he did.
10:43But it's one of those where I bring that out every once in a while.
10:47For the Hockman and Crowder show.
10:50Working on my hawk.
10:53That leads me to my question.
10:54Like, the importance of the person that you're going to,
10:58like, really use your expertise to imitate.
11:01Yeah, I mean, you just have to listen.
11:03Each person has their own personal dialect.
11:05So when a person has a dialect,
11:06you kind of figure out what that is and go from there.
11:10So you can have the tone or the pitch wrong,
11:13but you can find out what's...
11:14How many Christopher Walkins have you heard?
11:16You've heard low.
11:17You've heard high in the middle.
11:19But it doesn't matter.
11:21Because you know he ignores punctuation.
11:24Right?
11:25So you know where that is.
11:26Or they have a funny thing they do.
11:30Like, Billy Bob Thornton has this thing I've noticed
11:36that he'll take something in a foreign language and then rip you.
11:38It's like,
11:39Arrivederci, jackass.
11:41That's the kind of thing I was trying to figure out right there.
11:43It just doesn't make a lot of sense.
11:45It's the things that jump out to me,
11:46because it's kind of how my brain works,
11:48but he gets it to a totally different level,
11:50is he figures out quickly what makes somebody funny,
11:55which Billy Bob Thornton gets in.
11:56Like, you have an over-annunciation.
11:58Yes.
11:59Yes.
12:00Yes.
12:01But to notice that the thing that makes Christopher Walken funny
12:04is the fact that he ignores punctuation.
12:06Well, he said that.
12:07I mean, he did that in a...
12:08You can sometimes take...
12:09He did that in a...
12:10I think an actor's studio or something like that.
12:13That he just ignores punctuation.
12:15Ignores.
12:15They did like a lot of people, actors, ignore punctuation.
12:18Why not?
12:21Ding!
12:22Yeah.
12:23We're doing that Apple TV show I'm on.
12:26I'm an innie on Audi.
12:28Am I an innie on innie?
12:30All right.
12:30We have to do headlines here.
12:31I've been in the elevator.
12:32I've been on the innie out of the elevator.
12:33It doesn't affect me.
12:35It doesn't affect me.
12:36That I was going to get to nothing I wanted to get to this hour,
12:40because he's just like...
12:42We got to talk hurricanes!
12:43He's an artist, and wherever the art takes him is where you end up going.
12:49Headlines are brought to you by Darrell Kia.
12:51In Miami, we don't drink coffee.
12:52We drink cafecito.
12:54And when we want a low price, we save with a pricecito.
12:57Save with your pricecito right now at Darrell Kia.
13:00Solana has your headlines.
13:01Feel free to jump in whenever you see fit.
13:05The Miami Heat, they have their preseason home opener versus the Pelicans tonight, 7.30 p.m.
13:11We'll see if your boy Zion Williamson suits up tonight, Hawk.
13:14Will he suit up tonight?
13:14Do we know?
13:15I do not know yet.
13:16Has he done any preseason action?
13:18I'm not sure.
13:19I saw he played a little bit.
13:20Did he?
13:20This is Frank, my actual voice.
13:23Yeah, he's played a little bit, and people are saying he's back, and they have no idea
13:26if he's back or not.
13:27Do people get disappointed if they run into you, and you just use your regular voice?
13:31Absolutely.
13:31Like you are right now.
13:32Yeah, you have to be a jukebox.
13:33Why aren't you doing Charles Barkley, Knucklehead?
13:35Come on, man.
13:37What's this?
13:37Zion Williamson?
13:38He's a big man.
13:40He's a crazy big man.
13:41If you're going to a fast food counter, do you feel compelled to give them a little something?
13:47No, no, no, no.
13:47Nothing.
13:48No.
13:48No, I have no interest.
13:49Even if you know that they're...
13:51If they know, well, yeah.
13:52I mean, people ask me, hey, do some John Madden.
13:54Boom.
13:54You know.
13:55I'll do a little bit of that.
13:56You'll do it.
13:56That doesn't annoy you?
13:57No, not really, because it's better than you suck, which I've had.
14:01Oh, I get that all the time.
14:03I've been thinking it the whole time.
14:05Can you sneak around?
14:07Yeah, yeah, yeah.
14:08People expect me to be way taller and fatter.
14:10They expect me to be this huge...
14:12They expect me to be John Madden and older.
14:14I'm 52, but I don't look 52.
14:16I look maybe in my 40s, early 40s.
14:19So people are expecting this tall, super fat guy, which I...
14:23I always go back to...
14:24I have pictures with Tom Cruise.
14:25Anybody ask me how fat I used to be?
14:28I go, Google me and Tom Cruise, and I'll pull it up with me, with Tom Cruise on the
14:32Tonight Show, and it looks like I'm absorbing Tom Cruise.
14:35Like, I'm just trying to...
14:36I'm going to take you, Airden.
14:38Well, when he used to come in to do the Levitard show, his request was always Matarano meatballs.
14:43Like, bring me to dinner at Cafe Matarano.
14:45Bring me Matarano meatballs.
14:46Yo, Cos, what's going on?
14:47How you doing?
14:48Everything all right?
14:49I'm in heaven, because he dropped a quick Rodney Dangerfield that no one got except me.
14:54He's doing a Steve Matarano, which no one gets.
14:57My wife had Steve come out to cook for my birthday one year.
15:01Really?
15:01Best birthday ever.
15:03That's amazing.
15:04Just see Matarano in my kitchen.
15:05Yo, Cos, what's going on?
15:06How you doing?
15:08Everything is going to be great.
15:10Fantastic.
15:10How you doing?
15:11Everything's fantastic.
15:12Yo, come on down.
15:14We're going to be good.
15:16He says, are you good?
15:18I don't know if it's about the food or if he wants to meet somebody else.
15:21I am terrified of that big old dude.
15:23He's the best, man.
15:24Yeah, and then he gets, I'm going to be articulate with your meatballs.
15:30What are you talking about?
15:32And then what the crazy thing was, the water in Phoenix is not good.
15:35The pH is not good.
15:37So it wasn't quite the same.
15:39So he flew back and brought meat.
15:42No, he didn't.
15:45But he flew out specifically for your birthday dinner?
15:47Yeah, he just did that.
15:48My wife surprised me with Steve Matarano.
15:50That is a great surprise.
15:52Yeah, it was awesome.
15:52Unbelievable.
15:53That really is.
15:54He's just cooking in my kitchen.
15:55He's like, here we go.
15:56You're going to put some butter in there.
15:57You got some butter.
15:58You got some.
15:59Yeah.
15:59You're going to put any pasta in there.
16:00We'll do it.
16:00Have some pastina.
16:02Have some pastina.
16:03We love it.
16:08Another headline?
16:09Yes.
16:10Anything else?
16:10You doing your job opening?
16:12Hey, he's real slow.
16:13Now, right.
16:14Just let me.
16:16He ignores punctuation, words, normal verbal cues.
16:20At one point, Solana would start doing the job again.
16:23Jimmy, the bad bug.
16:27Solana.
16:29From Pierre Lebrun on TSN, he said that Brad Marchand's lower body injury that he suffered
16:34the other night is not season ending.
16:36So, it looks like it's going to be a couple weeks, not necessarily months, for Brad Marchand.
16:40That's good news for the Florida Panthers.
16:42That is good news.
16:43They have their home opener Saturday at the Ameren Bank Arena.
16:46A couple Dolphins notes.
16:48Kenneth Grant on track to return, according to Joe Shad.
16:51Caleb Douglas worked on the side.
16:53And over in Cincinnati, the home of Skyline Chili, Frank.
16:57Bengals wide receiver T. Higgins working on the rehab field on the side.
17:02Jamar Chase was back at practice, still in concussion protocol.
17:06All right.
17:06Not good.
17:08Good for us.
17:10Yeah.
17:11That Jamar Chase is playing?
17:12No.
17:12He's on the side.
17:13I thought you said he was on the side.
17:14T. Higgins is on the side.
17:16Jamar Chase is full.
17:17The line went down to six and a half.
17:19Maybe you should start paying attention to what these guys are saying.
17:22Is that what's going on here, Hockman?
17:23Fair point, Gruden.
17:24I'll tell you what, man.
17:27I thought your job was to listen and regurgitate with your own actions.
17:32But I'll tell you what.
17:33There's not a lot of listening going on over there.
17:35There's a lot of, that Mark Hockman.
17:37I can't wait to talk again, man.
17:39I can't wait to say whatever it is that's been on my mind.
17:42I'm going to interrupt Crowder.
17:43I'm the only guy who's allowed to do that around here.
17:45You know why?
17:46Because I'm Hockman.
17:47You've heard of Superman?
17:49I'm one step above that.
17:50I'm Hockman.
17:51You know what Hockman is?
17:53Hockman.
17:54Amazing how astute a head coach is.
17:57They notice.
17:59They're very observational.
18:01This guy pegged me.
18:02Gruden pegged me.
18:03You guys haven't been able to peg me in 10 years.
18:05I'll tell you what, man.
18:06There's a mic going on over there, man.
18:08Right behind that mic.
18:09There's a whole Wizard of Oz thing behind the curtain.
18:12Pay no attention to the man behind the microphone.
18:15I'll tell you what, man.
18:17Just don't go looking for some stray cat that came out of nowhere.
18:22For about nine people, man.
18:25That's my favorite joke.
18:26I got it.
18:28Where did that cat come from?
18:30Google it, man.
18:31Cat.
18:32Wizard of Oz.
18:34Why is a cat running away from Munchkin City, man?
18:37You've got to love it in Munchkin City.
18:39I'll tell you what.
18:39Caliendo with power over everybody in Munchkin City.
18:42The mayor of Munchkin City.
18:44I'll tell you what.
18:44Caliendo could have played Madden in that one.
18:47Who's that guy who played Tyrion Lannister?
18:49Was he in the Wizard of Oz?
18:52Who's that Tyrion Lannister guy?
18:54Who's that guy?
18:56He's a good actor, man.
18:57He's an elf, too.
18:58You ever see Elf?
18:59That's a good one, man.
19:00He comes flying across the table.
19:03Like Crowder, man.
19:05It's unbelievable.
19:05He comes out of nowhere.
19:06Boom.
19:07That's a Maddenism right there, man.
19:09I'll tell you what.
19:09We're converging all sorts of different cultural phenomenons.
19:14Is it better for the impression?
19:16When the character you're doing is an over-the-top parody sometimes?
19:21Yeah, absolutely.
19:22Because Gruden is that.
19:23Yeah, think about young De Niro versus older De Niro.
19:25I mean, it's totally different.
19:27They're younger De Niro.
19:28And now it's way over the top over here.
19:31I got to tell you.
19:32Do we have time for this?
19:33Or you got to go to break soon?
19:34Or what's this?
19:34Yeah, go ahead.
19:34So I just did this little part in a Netflix show.
19:39That's a very small part.
19:40I was last on the call list kind of a thing on a show called The Roman.
19:44And in that show was Oscar Isaac and Alec Baldwin and a bunch of, like, Vincent D'Onofrio, like incredible
19:53people.
19:53I haven't told you about this.
19:54You haven't?
19:54So it's great.
19:56I get there.
19:57The producers, I go to see them.
19:59And right there, Oscar Isaac starts going, I love your Paul Giamatti.
20:03I was like, I believe him.
20:04I'm going to work that in here somehow.
20:06So Oscar Isaac, who's on his way up to becoming a super, super, super star.
20:10He's Poe Dameron in Star Wars and all that stuff.
20:12And then Alec Baldwin's there.
20:14And I've never worked with Alec Baldwin before.
20:16I've never met him before.
20:17So I go to talk to Oscar Isaac.
20:20We're having a conversation for a little bit basically about how great I am.
20:23And then we – I don't know if that's really what it was, but that's what it was in my
20:27head and the way it's going to be.
20:29So then I go over and sit in this like video village where you watch everything that's being shot and
20:33stuff like that.
20:34So I'm sitting there.
20:35And Alec Baldwin walks by a bunch of times, kind of glances at me, but then looks away.
20:38And I go, he has no idea who I am or something.
20:41So I'm feeling – okay, whatever.
20:42And then I go to introduce myself to Alec Baldwin.
20:44And he's like, oh, my God, Frank, how are you?
20:47And I was like, doing better now.
20:50You know, you are the man.
20:52You are.
20:52You know, a lot of people do impressions, but you do so many, so many incredibly.
20:57They're like, where are you going after this?
20:59I'm like, well, you know, I'll shoot this, and then I'm going to be – visit my mom back in
21:03Milwaukee.
21:03She's like, oh, how's she doing?
21:04Is she everything all right?
21:05Is everything okay?
21:07And I was like, yeah, do you know something I don't know?
21:10He's so nervous.
21:11He was so – he was like incredible.
21:13But he's telling stories to people.
21:15It was like incredible how just – he's got all these Hollywood stories.
21:18You know, 50 years of Hollywood stories probably.
21:21He's like – he starts telling the story.
21:23Well, I probably shouldn't tell you about this.
21:25And everybody's like, no, tell us.
21:26He's like, oh, it's something I shouldn't talk about at all.
21:28And they're like, well, no, you have to tell us now.
21:30And he's like, okay, well, this woman was murdered.
21:33I was like, wait, wait, what, what?
21:34And then his light after that was nothing they could prove, of course.
21:37I was like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
21:38Wait, you can't – like, that's – no way.
21:41I go – and I said to Alec Baldwin, I go, Alec Baldwin.
21:44I say his full name every time.
21:45I go, Alec Baldwin, you are writing my Alec Baldwin bit as we speak.
21:49That's amazing.
21:49That you're telling these crazy stories on the set.
21:51He goes, oh, so, like, then the aliens came?
21:54Is that what would happen next?
21:55I'm like, absolutely.
21:56Talk about some aliens.
21:58So it was unbelievable.
22:00It was great.
22:01It was great.
22:01We shoot the show.
22:02And the next day – we don't shoot until the next day.
22:03I'm just kind of hanging out there.
22:05I'm so stupid.
22:05I get back to the hotel.
22:06I'm like, oh, they're shooting a TV show here.
22:08That's interesting.
22:08I wonder what show it is.
22:10And I see that it's the show that I'm going to be doing.
22:12I see Jimmy O. Yang, comedian, who's on it, and it's just fantastic in it as well.
22:17So I come back the next day.
22:19I'm shooting this stuff, and I don't shoot until the end of the day.
22:22I'm saying stuff all day, but I'm not really on camera.
22:25So in the last scene that we're shooting, Oscar Isaac comes into the scene.
22:29Alec Baldwin's sitting to my right.
22:31And I look off at Oscar Isaac.
22:34Like, all of a sudden, he starts making a De Niro face, right?
22:37Oscar Isaac's like, huh, I'm doing a little bit of this over here.
22:40Like, we're in between takes, right?
22:42They're setting up the cameras and saying, huh, I'm doing a little bit of this.
22:44And Baldwin's like, I'm getting in on this, too.
22:46So there's three of us.
22:48We're doing the Tribeca trifecta, huh, huh?
22:51It's the Tribeca trifecta or three De Niro, as I like to have.
22:55So we're doing that.
22:56And then I'm like, huh, we're all doing some of this.
22:58He's like, huh, you, you, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh.
23:01It's like the three Stooges, but they're all De Niro.
23:03Ha, ha, ha, huh, huh, a little bit of this, huh?
23:05You blocked me.
23:06You blocked the fingers, huh?
23:08You blocked the fingers.
23:09I can't believe it.
23:09And then I hear from the back, action.
23:11I'm like, I don't know what's going on.
23:13I just go, I don't know.
23:14I don't know.
23:15I'm doing De Niro with Oscar Isaac and Baldwin.
23:17Are you playing yourself on the show?
23:19Yeah, I do kind of play myself.
23:20Yeah, but it's funny because the director, everybody just started laughing because I was like,
23:24I'm not stopping doing three De Niro for the show.
23:28I don't care that this is why I'm here.
23:30This is the story that I have for the rest of my life that Oscar Isaac and Alec Baldwin
23:35were all doing De Niro.
23:37So I go back after that.
23:39We're done.
23:39After they shoot me out and I'm done, I go back to talk to Oscar Isaac.
23:42I'm like, thanks.
23:42That was the greatest thing.
23:44Normally, I'd probably be flustered that I forgot my, didn't know lines, didn't know
23:48what the scene was at all.
23:49But I'm like, this is great because now I have this story to tell about you De Niro-ing me
23:53and then Alec Baldwin getting in and he's like, it was really cool.
23:56It was super nice.
23:57I'm one of the most down to earth, like superstars I've ever seen.
23:59Then I go over to Alec Baldwin and I'm saying goodbye and we say goodbye and he goes, I have
24:03one more thing.
24:04Say hello to your mother.
24:08Say hello to your mother for me.
24:10I was like, what do you know?
24:11That is so great.
24:13Oh, Alec Baldwin.
24:14Spot on Baldwin.
24:15Oh, you're so great.
24:17And that was just like one of those experiences that I just, you don't get those.
24:23You pinch yourself.
24:24You go, how am I here doing this?
24:26How was I invited to this party?
24:28All right, finish up the headlines, Solana, because we do have to take a break.
24:31Jimmy, are you enjoying this at all?
24:33Because half the time it looked like you were falling asleep.
24:34I was watching on the video monitor.
24:36No, no, I'm okay.
24:37All right.
24:37Are you enjoying it, though?
24:38Yeah, yeah, I'm enjoying it.
24:39All right, just checking.
24:40Don't let the bed bugs bite!
24:42Wait!
24:44It's not you, Frank.
24:45He goes to sleep all the time.
24:46Yeah.
24:47It's actually like that's a sign of respect if he falls asleep.
24:50That's a sign of respect here.
24:52Caliendo, huh?
24:53If you fall asleep, it means you're good.
24:56You're very good.
24:57You're very good at putting Jimmy to sleep in his bed bug costume.
25:01What do you think, Solana?
25:02You're not watching either, huh?
