00:11Complainant A has sat opposite Mr Jones in court, the final alleged victim to give evidence in the indecent assault
00:18and sexual touching trial.
00:20The court has heard A was 13 when he wrote to the then 2GB breakfast host, Alan Jones, asking for
00:26help for his struggling single mother.
00:29Mr Jones responded, you sound like a special sort of young man. If I can get some answers to those
00:35questions, I'm happy to help as best I can.
00:38The court heard Mr Jones asked his bank contacts to remortgage the family's home and wipe $600,000 from their
00:45debt.
00:46Just between you and me, I wrote the proposal that the lawyer put to the Commonwealth Bank, Mr Jones told
00:52the boy.
00:53That's between you and me. Don't worry your mother.
00:57According to emails, the broadcaster then paid more than $86,000 for builders to finish the family's home.
01:05A says Mr Jones invited him to stay the night at his Southern Highlands property when he was 15, but
01:11he didn't go until he was 17.
01:13During that visit, he alleges Mr Jones, then in his 70s, approached him late at night after dinner guests had
01:20left and kissed him on the mouth while touching his backside.
01:24I said that's enough, Alan, and said goodnight. He had a grin on his face.
01:29I went into the bathroom with a loofus sponge. I just soaped it and scrubbed my mouth as much as
01:35I could.
01:35Complainer Day wrote a note to his mother days after the alleged incident, which was read in court.
01:41In it, he said something sexual in nature had happened to him and he was worried that Mr Jones' support
01:47of them was going to stop.
01:49He said the alleged incident had taught him about the power of money.
01:54He'll continue giving evidence tomorrow.
