00:00After watching the film, big boy, what did they, i.e. the coaches, do to get Drake May going in
00:04this game?
00:04Did they get him going in this game?
00:08There was a little bit of everything, I think, in this game.
00:11I think that, you know, Josh McDaniels had a few game-specific calls, including the Romeo Dobbs touchdown,
00:19the in-cut, not the, you know, little fade, but the first touchdown.
00:23I mean, when they fake the bubble screen to the right and the safety drops down,
00:27and now you left Romeo Dobbs one-on-one with the corner,
00:30and it was really good to see there were multiple occasions in this game
00:34where what I was asking Drake May to do, you know, throw guys open, put it on guys,
00:40throw in the middle of the field.
00:42He did that.
00:43And, you know, but I do think that this game, specific to the Bills and their defense
00:51and not having Christian Benford in the secondary, I do think that,
00:56and I'm not sure if we talked about it last week going into the game
00:59because I hadn't really studied Buffalo, but I did think that this was the best opportunity
01:04for Drake May to play well because I think their defense at this point
01:08under a new defensive coordinator is very simple as long as you block it up,
01:14which the Patriots did not do a good job of.
01:17But, you know, my questions from this game is I'm not sure how repeatable this is for Drake May
01:25because I do think the opponent played into a lot of things,
01:28including giving him the ability to run the ball, which some of the other teams,
01:34you know, whether it's Seattle or Pittsburgh or Jacksonville,
01:38did not allow him the opportunity to do.
01:40So it was definitely good to see there was a lot of improvement here from Drake May.
01:45But...
01:45But...
