00:15You know, before the season, I figured if the Patriots are, the first four games, if they're successful,

00:21I picked them for one and three in the first four games.

00:23If they were better than that, then you figured that the defense would probably be the way

00:30that they would do it, that the offense would be slowly growing.

00:36Drake may, you know, each week getting a little bit more comfortable, but I didn't think that

00:42we would really see the offense cook a little bit, especially the passing offense like they

00:47have in the past three games until closer to the midway point of the season.

00:52But, you know, for them to be two and two, have not been impressed with the defense.

00:58I think it's been, now, look, as far as points, yeah, they've done fine.

01:04And this is sort of going back to like when Belichick was here, you know, they'd be like,

01:09well, you know, the only thing that matters is points.

01:11But, you know, at a certain point in time, you're going to go up against teams that can

01:15take advantage and cash in on what you're allowing them to do.

01:19Like, for example, the Panthers had seven of their 10 drives went in the Patriots territory

01:23on Sunday.

01:25And now...

01:49really be carrying this team.

01:50They'd win some low scoring games.

01:52It'd be, you know, Vrabel and Stretch and these guys, you know, maximizing everything

01:57they got out of the team to, you know, be a two and two team after four games.

02:01And it just, it hasn't been that way.

02:04I mean, they haven't played, you know, totally clean.

02:07You know, they're sort of Jekyll and Hyde with the turnovers.

02:10The penalties are an issue every single week.

02:12They were in this game again, but it's really been Drake May and the offense, the passing

02:18offense that have, and along with special teams in the past two games, have certainly

02:24contributed a lot.

02:26But I didn't figure through four games.

02:29We'd be like, all right, well, I feel good about the offense and Drake May.

02:32I'm still worried about the defense.

02:34I didn't think that was on the bingo card at all.
