00:21about how how much are we supposed to really care about what these guys say to us when they talk
00:30whether it's brady on a podium talking to a bunch of beat reporters or whether it's hairston in a
00:37scrum after a game how how upset how bent out of shape should we get about what's said there
00:44is it that valuable or that important because this morning jeremy made what i think is a great point
00:50that i completely agree with and it was that the guy the guy you get in front of the podium
00:56is not
00:57the guy you get in the locker room and why do we care about the guy we get in front

01:02it's not the guy in the front of the locker room because what do we care about other than that

01:06that's in front of the locker room because that's the guy that changes whether the bills win or not

01:34and what i landed on was i was never going to learn anything from what he said in a post

01:40interview after he had probably the worst game of his football life right it's probably not a worse
01:45game than that for maxwell hairston in his entire with a spotlight on him for it he might have had
01:49some game in college where sure whatever but this is that is the darkest he just lost to the patriots
01:54the unbeaten bills just lost to the patriots and if we're pointing at anybody you're the first one
01:58that keeps coming up exactly and that's the darkest day of this kid's life right is football life right
02:03now is that day and why why do i need to hear from that kid in that moment and what

02:10brad was i don't care about any of what would be said any of how it looks or how it

02:19care is if you show up i care if you can put your emotions in check in the moment enough

02:27a reporter and not say something crazy and because that i don't care if you say something dumb or if
02:34you say something silly what i care is if you have control over yourself in the moment because that
02:40to me is translatable to the field okay if you aren't able to check yourself in that moment post

02:53these reporters and answer for a bad day and trust myself to do that i find myself questioning how am
