An accused drink driver's lost his licence for a year after smashing into a tree at Stepney just after 10:30pm last night. A man has been stabbed at Smithfield Plains, and another man charged over the attack. A public servant behind a defeated court fight to halt the North Adelaide Golf Course redevelopment says he's now at risk of losing his house if the state government looks to recover its legal costs.

00:14Police say the 45-year-old Kentown man behind the wheel blew nearly four times the legal limit and was
00:20reported for drink driving.
00:21He'll be summoned to face court at a later date.
00:24A man's been stabbed at Smithfield Plains and another man charged over the attack.
00:28The 50-year-old was assaulted at around 1am at a home on Crittenden Road.
00:33A 19-year-old known to him was arrested and refused bail.
