00:02Getty Images' Class A common stock has been delisted from the New York Stock Exchange
00:06after the exchange determined the shares no longer met listing standards because of an
00:10abnormally low selling price. Trading was suspended on September 29th, and the NYSE said,
00:16Getty complied with requirements for voluntarily withdrawing the stock from listing and registration.
00:20Getty also avoided a default by making interest payments on its 2027 and 2028 notes within a
00:2730-day grace period. Bloomberg reported that Getty is in talks with lenders about a potential
00:31capital infusion. The discussions reportedly include lenders potentially taking control of
00:36the company through a bankruptcy, with the Getty family also considering participating.
00:41Shares closed 47.3% lower on Friday at 4.2 cents apiece, while its market capitalization stood at
