00:00He woke up all alone, and his mama was nowhere to be seen.
00:04Deep in the golden autumn forest, a tiny fluffy baby bear named Bruno opened his sleepy eyes.
00:12The leaves rustled, the birds sang, but there was no sign of his mama.
00:19Just moments before, Bruno had been the happiest little bear in the whole forest,
00:25chasing a bright red leaf as it danced through the tall autumn trees.
00:30He giggled and tumbled and rolled right into a big old hollow log at the edge of the forest.
00:38Bonk!
00:39The log was dark and cozy, but Bruno was too small to climb back out.
00:45Now don't you worry.
00:47Bruno was perfectly safe and calm inside his little log,
00:51but his mama was out looking for him at that very moment,
00:55calling his name softly through the trees.
00:58And that's when Emma heard her.
01:01Emma was a kind young forest ranger,
01:04walking her morning rounds with her little red backpack and her trusty lantern.
01:10She spotted tiny paw prints in the soft golden leaves
01:14and followed them, step by step, deeper into the forest.
01:19And there it was, the big hollow log,
01:23with two fluffy little ears poking out of the opening.
01:27Emma's heart melted.
01:30She knelt down gently and smiled her warmest smile.
01:34Oh, there you are, little one.
01:37Carefully, she tilted the log just a little
01:40and laid her soft woolly scarf inside like a tiny ramp.
01:45And Bruno, oh, Bruno, he tiptoed right up that ramp
01:50and tumbled into Emma's open arms.
01:53Emma wrapped him snugly in her warm red blanket
01:57and carried him through the golden forest,
02:00singing a happy little song all the way.
02:03And guess who was waiting in the sunlit clearing?
02:06Mama Bear.
02:07She scooped Bruno up in the biggest, warmest bear hug you have ever seen
02:13and nuzzled his little nose.
02:15That evening, in Emma's cozy wooden cabin,
02:20Bruno had his very first bowl of warm milk
02:22with a drizzle of sweet honey beside the crackling fireplace.
02:27And as the sun set over the autumn forest,
02:31Mama and Bruno walked home side by side,
02:34paw in paw,
02:35to their warm den,
02:37where they curled up together,
02:39safe and sound,
02:41and dreaming sweet dreams.
02:43Sometimes,
02:44all it takes is one kind heart
02:46to turn a lost little cub into a found one.
02:50See you tomorrow, little rescuers.
02:52See you tomorrow, little rescuers.
