00:15Dad, Mom, Tristan, help me!
00:23You vicious ingrate!
00:25Are you trying to kill Dov on her birthday?
00:30Always so jealous of your sister, we never should have brought you back from that foster home.
00:35I didn't push her, she threw herself out.
00:45Speak up!
00:46Get on your knees and apologize to Dov.
00:53Dad, Mom, Tristan, don't blame Raven.
00:58She was out there on her own for so long.
01:01It's only natural she's jealous of me.
01:11See that, you mute bitch?
01:13Blood means nothing.
01:19I'm not mute.
01:20No one knows that my words have power.
01:24Whatever I speak comes true.
01:26Especially curses.
01:35Hey, freak.
01:36Forgot to tell you.
01:37Breaking your leg was an accident.
01:39I did it on purpose.
01:41I hope your leg breaks too.
01:49My leg is broken!
01:50My leg!
01:58I'm your foster father.
01:59I own you.
02:02Obey me, or I'll leave you to freeze to death out here.
02:05Got it?
02:07Scum like you are the ones who deserve to die here.
02:15That was the day I realized I had the power to curse people.
02:21When I was 15, the Sterlings finally found me.
02:25Their long-lost daughter.
02:27For the first time, I had a family I cherished.
02:30I couldn't risk my words turning real, so I kept silent to protect them.
02:34Playing the mute fool everyone mocked for three whole years.
02:37But now...
02:40The doctor said you can talk just fine.
02:43Don't think playing mute will get you any sympathy after what you did.
02:48Having you in this family is a total disgrace!
03:05You want me to speak?
03:08Fine.
03:09Starting today, I'm done playing mute to protect you.
03:15Hope you like what comes next, family.
03:29The doctor said Doe went into shock, and her heart almost stopped.
03:32She nearly died.
03:33You almost killed her, and you still can't even mutter an apology!
03:38You wicked little brat!
03:40We should have left you to rot in that foster home!
03:43Dad.
03:44Mom.
03:45Don't be mad at Raven.
03:46She just hates that I took all your love.
03:48She just wants her life back.
03:50I get it.
04:08I dropped 50 grand to fake that report, dummy.
04:11I dropped 50 grand to fake that report, dummy.
04:22Raven!
04:23I just wanted an apology.
04:25Why did you pull me down?
04:30Raven!
04:31Enough!
04:32Apologize to Dob right now, or you're never setting foot in this house again!
04:37Are you sure you can handle what I have to say to your precious little dove?
04:52What about you?
04:54Can you handle what's coming?
05:05See that?
05:06She was faking it the whole time.
05:08Playing victim just to get our attention and pity.
05:11We put a roof over your head and fed you for three years.
05:15Instead of being grateful, you played mute to guilt trap us.
05:18You disgust me!
05:20Brooding, malicious, calculating.
05:21That's who you really are.
05:23You're not half the daughter Dob is.
05:27It hurts.
05:28My chest.
05:30Look what you've done to her.
05:32As her mother, I'm going to teach you a lesson!
05:35Hopeless!
05:36How could the Stellarans ever spawn such a wretched creature?
05:43Bitch.
05:44She still has Tristan's lucky pendant?
05:46Everything in this family belongs to me.
05:49Tristan, please don't be mad at Raven for my sake.
05:52I'll be fine.
05:53Maybe I'm just sick because luck was never on my side.
06:01Give it back.
06:02You gave that to me when I came home three years ago.
06:10This pendant brings good health and fortune to our family.
06:14Welcome home, Raven.
06:18You don't deserve it.
06:20Our family's blessings to someone kind, like Dove.
06:31Kind?
06:33Dove's nothing but a shameless fraud faking a heart condition.
06:36Shut your mouth!
06:37Only a twisted freak like you would even think of fake an illness.
06:40Dove is sweet and honest.
06:41She would never lie.
06:43Don't you ever worry that karma will come back
06:46and give you an actual heart condition?
06:49Raven, I'm already so weak.
06:51Please stop cursing me.
06:59Dove!
07:01I did warn you.
07:02You brought this on yourself.
07:04Dove!
07:05Dove!
07:06Dove!
07:06Dove!
07:06Dove!
07:09Dove!
07:10Dove!
07:10Dove!
07:11Dove!
07:12I can't breathe.
07:14What are you standing there for?
07:16Call Dr. Lee.
07:17Now!
07:24Years of silence.
07:26And the first words out of your mouth are pure venom.
07:28You knew she was fragile.
07:30And you still pushed her over the edge.
07:35Grab her!
07:36Lock her in the attic!
07:37Not a drop of water.
07:39Not a single crumb without my permission!
07:50Thank God.
07:52Sweetheart, you're finally awake.
07:55Mom, I was so scared.
07:58Did I fake it so hard my heart actually gave out?
08:01It's all that bitch's fault.
08:03I went through hell just to get rid of her.
08:05Now I'll make her pay tenfold.
08:09Now that Dove is awake, she needs to rest.
08:11Right now, we have a crisis to clean up.
08:14Last night's fight got leaked online.
08:16This whole sister feud headline is tanking our business.
08:19Dad, Mom, since all this mess started because of me,
08:23why don't we host a banquet tomorrow night?
08:25We can invite the press and high society.
08:27You're still so weak, you can't handle a banquet?
08:30I'll be fine.
08:32If Raven just apologizes to me publicly,
08:34I'll forgive her with open arms.
08:36We put on a good show,
08:37and the rumors will die down completely.
08:40Screw the rumors.
08:41I just want to stomp that bitch into the dirt.
08:44Good.
08:44We'll do exactly that.
08:46You're always so thoughtful,
08:48putting the family first.
08:49Not like that ungrateful Raven.
09:05The family went out of their way to write this apology for you.
09:08There's a public gala tomorrow night.
09:09You'll read every single word in front of everyone
09:11and apologize to Dove.
09:19Are you deaf?
09:20This is your last chance to fix things with this family.
09:23Don't screw it up.
09:27Stop playing mute with me.
09:29In this house, you speak when you're told to speak.
09:43Oh, I'll speak.
09:45It's about time to settle the score.
10:07Sweetheart, that must hurt so bad.
10:10How could they do this to you?
10:13Thank you, Mary.
10:14You're the only person in this place
10:16who ever saw me as human.
10:20Just apologize and back down a little.
10:22Make amends with your parents
10:23and you can finally live in peace here for good.
10:26Live in peace?
10:28I will.
10:29But the Stirlits never will.
10:40Stirlings,
10:41I hope you're ready for your retribution.
10:55Don't worry, darling.
10:57That little brat will be out here apologizing any second.
11:00She's terrified of losing us.
11:01She wouldn't dare defy us and risk getting kicked out.
11:04Once this apology show is over tonight,
11:06you can punish her however you want.
11:09Thanks, Mom, Dad, Tristan.
11:12Honestly, as long as she owns up to it,
11:14I don't care about what I went through.
11:22What is she wearing?
11:23Funeral clothes?
11:24Is she trying to embarrass the Stirlings all over again?
11:26Dad, it's time for the apology.
11:29Let's finish the show first,
11:30then we deal with her.
11:38Distinguished guests,
11:40thank you all for coming tonight.
11:42Lately, there have been ridiculous rumors
11:43about bad blood between my sisters.
11:45Tonight, we're here to prove
11:46that the Stirling family stands as one.
11:56Where's Raven's apology speech?
11:57Her hands are empty.
11:59Hmm.
12:00Good.
12:00At least she knows her place and memorized it.
12:02If she sounds sincere enough,
12:03I might go easy on her.
12:07Everyone,
12:08my sister Raven is just really shy.
12:10If she feels too embarrassed to apologize,
12:13it's totally okay.
12:16We're sisters,
12:17and I've always loved you, Raven.
12:19Let me break the ice.
12:20Raven,
12:21I forgi-
12:25You've said enough.
12:27My turn.
12:33Raven,
12:34if hitting me makes you hate me less,
12:37then fine.
12:39Just hit me.
12:44You psycho!
12:45How dare you hit your sister in public!
12:49Mr. Stirling,
12:51I had to get here right away.
12:52Miss Delve's test results are back.
12:54Her collapse was triggered
12:55by acute loss of blood flow to the heart,
12:57and the damage is permanent.
12:58She cannot take any stress right now.
13:02I paid Dr. Lee to fake my condition,
13:04but damn,
13:05his acting is top-tier tonight.
13:07Even forged a full report.
13:09Whatever.
13:10Perfect chance to ruin that bitch for good.
13:12Raven,
13:14you heard him.
13:15My heart is really weak.
13:17I know you want our family all to yourself,
13:19but with everyone watching tonight,
13:21why do you have to act like a spoiled brat
13:23just to humiliate me?
13:32My apologies to our partners and friends.
13:35Tonight,
13:36I will put my house in order
13:37to protect my daughter, Dove,
13:39and the honor of the Stirling family.
13:41Pin her down!
13:48We used to pity your crippled leg,
13:50but now I see it's karma for your black heart.
13:53As your father,
13:54I'm done cutting you slack.
13:55You get on your knees
13:56and beg Dove's forgiveness right now,
13:58or you are no longer a Stirling!
14:01Dad,
14:02don't be too hard on her.
14:04She's just jealous.
14:05Me?
14:06Jealous of you?
14:07Of what?
14:08That you had to pay a doctor 50 grand
14:10for a fake diagnosis,
14:12pretending to be sick
14:13just so people would love you?
14:15Please.
14:16I couldn't care less.
14:18What a drama.
14:20To be honest,
14:21Dove never looked sick to begin with.
14:26That's a lie!
14:27Raven,
14:28why are you framing me like this?
14:34Raven,
14:35do I have to die
14:36before you leave me alone?
14:39Why?
14:44No!
14:53Miss Raven is telling the truth!
14:56I swear on my 30 years of service
14:57to this family.
15:05I heard Miss Dove on the phone,
15:07paying Dr. Lee 50 grand
15:08to fake those records,
15:09and I watched her flush
15:11all her heart pills
15:12down the toilet!
15:15I didn't.
15:16Why are you two ganging up
15:18to drive me to suicide?
15:19Dad!
15:20Mom!
15:21Tristan!
15:22I'll give everything back to Raven.
15:24I'm leaving the Sterling,
15:25right now.
15:26You're not going anywhere.
15:27You...
15:28You're my whole world,
15:29sweetheart.
15:33You old hag!
15:34How dare you,
15:35Slander Dove!
15:37I'm tossing both of you
15:38out on the street tonight!
15:41Anyone who hurts my daughter
15:43pays the price!
15:44Beat them!
15:50Miss Raven,
15:51run!
15:52Don't worry about me!
15:54I'm not leaving
15:55until the guilty get...
15:57What's coming to them?
16:02I'm sorry!
16:03I'm sorry!
16:05I'm sorry!
16:06There was a time
16:07I believed I truly belonged.
16:11I swore to stay mute
16:13for the rest of my life,
16:14thinking my silence
16:15would keep them safe
16:17from my curse.
16:18But
16:20that dream died
16:21the summer
16:22their adopted daughter,
16:24Dove,
16:24returned from abroad.
16:27that venomous snake.
16:30It wasn't me!
16:33Stop!
16:34Stop beating her!
16:39I confessed!
16:43I lied.
16:47Worthless trash
16:48never learns
16:48until they're bleeding.
16:50Now,
16:50crawl over
16:51and apologize
16:52to...
16:52Stop!
16:55You
16:56don't have to say
16:58another word
16:59to these monsters.
17:04I will do
17:05the talking.
17:10Finally giving in?
17:11Had to get beaten
17:13to a pulp
17:13to learn your place.
17:15You two pathetic wretches
17:16should spend
17:16the rest of your lives
17:17begging Dove
17:19for mercy.
17:20Tristan,
17:20stop pushing her.
17:21Since she can't stand me,
17:23I'll just move out
17:24tomorrow.
17:27with my heart.
17:28Who knows
17:28how much time
17:29I even have left.
17:30Take my shares,
17:31the houses,
17:32give it all to Raven
17:33if it makes her smile.
17:36If it just
17:37stops her
17:38from hurting us.
17:39Did you hear that?
17:40Sick as she is,
17:41she's still thinking
17:42of you,
17:43you ungrateful monster.
17:44Is your heart
17:45made of stone?
17:50You all think Dove
17:51is at death's door,
17:52don't you?
17:56Since you love
17:57faking it so much,
17:58let me make it real.
18:00Why not start
18:01with broken legs?
18:04Raven,
18:05keep coming after me
18:07and I'm done
18:07being nice.
18:08Mom and dad said
18:09I can punish you
18:10however I want.
18:11I'll have them
18:12break your legs
18:12first.
18:23My leg!
18:26Dove!
18:40That's your karma.
18:42Help me!
18:44It hurts so bad!
18:48Helen!
18:49Someone get my wife
18:50to the hospital now!
18:55Call an ambulance!

19:00Grab her!
19:07Lock Mary in the attic!
19:09Drag this snake
19:10raven with us!
19:12Listen to me!
19:13My sister has
19:14a terrible heart condition
19:15and she's in agony!
19:16Get the emergency
19:17heart meds ready
19:18right now!
19:19Did you hear
19:19what I said?
19:21Understood, sir.
19:21Please step aside.
19:26Dad,
19:27Mom's settled
19:27in her room resting.
19:29Dove's surgery
19:29should be wrapping up soon.
19:32You vicious monster
19:33doing this
19:34to your own sister.
19:35If anything happens
19:36to Dove,
19:36you're paying
19:37with your life.
19:39My life?
19:40Everyone saw
19:40the chandelier
19:41crush her legs.
19:42I didn't even touch her.
19:43Go ahead.
19:43Tear the ceiling apart
19:44looking for traps.
19:46But take my advice.
19:47Keep crossing me
19:48and who knows
19:49when the next tragedy
19:50strikes
19:51or who it lands on.
20:00Who gave you
20:01the right
20:01to threaten
20:02your own father
20:03and brother?
20:04I wish that damn
20:05chandelier
20:06had crushed you instead.
20:09You remorseless snake.
20:11You've always been
20:12jealous of Dove
20:12trying to push her out
20:13and now you want her dead.
20:18You were never worthy
20:19of the sterling name.
20:20Dove brought light
20:21and warmth
20:21to this family.
20:22And you?
20:23You never did
20:24a damn thing for us
20:25except cause
20:25endless fights
20:26and misery.
20:2814.
20:31What the hell
20:31are you counting?
20:33The times you've
20:33beaten me
20:34I only give 15 chances.
20:37You ungrateful
20:38little bitch!
20:39Grateful?
20:39You're the ones
20:40who should be
20:40grateful to me.
20:42Grateful that I remember
20:43you brought me home
20:44at 15.
20:47Grateful that I gave
20:48you 15 chances.
20:49And grateful that
20:50even now
20:52I haven't punished you
20:53for what you've done to me.
20:54you sick bitch
20:56plotting against
20:57your own blood.
20:58I should have killed you
20:59years ago
20:59so you couldn't stand here
21:00threatening us.
21:01Oh!
21:02Oh!
21:05Once the guards prove
21:07you rigged that chandelier
21:08I'm personally
21:09I'm personally
21:09throwing you
21:09behind bars.
21:21Dr. Gavin
21:22how is she?
21:23Did you save
21:24her legs?
21:27Miss Dove's knees
21:28were completely
21:28shattered.
21:29The bone fragments
21:30tore through her
21:31main blood vessels
21:32and permanently
21:32severed the nerves
21:33controlling her legs.
21:34What are you saying?
21:36Miss Dove
21:37will be in a wheelchair
21:38for the rest of her life.
21:40She will never walk again.
21:44No.
21:45Dove
21:46how is she gonna survive this
21:48when she wakes up?
21:50There's something odd
21:51I need to clear up with you.
21:54On the way here
21:55you kept insisting
21:55she has a history
21:56of violent chest pain
21:57and severe heart failure
21:58demanding we have
21:59emergency heart meds
22:00on standby.
22:01Yes!
22:01Her heart's always been weak
22:02she can't take any stress.
22:03What about it?
22:09But our comprehensive
22:10workup shows
22:11her instemic damage
22:11only started a few days ago.
22:13Prior to that
22:13her heart was
22:14completely healthy.
22:15There was never
22:15any chronic heart disease.
22:16That's impossible.
22:18Dove collapsed
22:18right in front of us
22:19multiple times
22:20gasping for air.
22:21Your equipment
22:22must be broken.
22:23It's a misdiagnosis.
22:24Exactly!
22:25Are you people
22:25even competent?
22:27Medical records
22:28don't lie.
22:29If you doubt
22:29Westbrook Hospital's
22:30competence
22:31bring in the doctor
22:32who diagnosed her.
22:33we can settle this
22:34face to face.
22:39Bring Dr. Lee
22:40to Westbrook Hospital
22:41right now!
22:43Dad
22:44Dove wouldn't
22:45lie to us, right?
22:46Her heart condition
22:46can't be fake
22:47right?
22:53No way
22:54why would Dove
22:55fake an illness?
22:56She's always been
22:57the sweetest
22:58most honest girl.
22:59Exactly!
23:00Dove is the best
23:00sister anyone
23:01could ask for.
23:02The medical evidence
23:03is right here.
23:05As for why she lied
23:06to you
23:06you'll have to
23:07ask her yourself.
23:12Hear that?
23:13Every word
23:14Mary said

40:27I took it and hid it under her mattress myself!
40:33And that damn cat?
40:35I strangled it with my bare hands!
40:39You evil monster!
40:41You were a fraud from the day you stepped into our house!
40:44You destroyed Raven!
40:45You ripped our family apart, you vicious beast!
40:50Don't put this all on me!
40:52I'm not the one who broke Raven!
40:54It was the three of you!
40:55Her own noble family!
41:00When you saw her cheap prosthetic,
41:01you were too disgusted to even touch it!
41:05And you thought having a mute daughter was an embarrassment?
41:08To your precious name.
41:10You ripped off her lucky pendant and gave it to me
41:12because deep down,
41:13you never thought she was worthy of being a Sterling.
41:15It was your disgusting vanity and your pathetic pride
41:18that drove her away for good!
41:20Ha ha ha ha!
41:24What about you, Dove?
41:25You think you're walking away clean?
41:27You're being shipped to the maximum security psychwab outside town.
41:31Locked in the basement,
41:32left to rot in hell for the rest of your life.
41:36No!
41:37Not the psych ward!
41:38You can't do this to me!
41:39Get off me!
41:40You idiots!
41:41Raven is never forgiving you!
41:43You're all gonna burn in hell!
41:45We have to find Raven,
41:47beg for her mercy,
41:48and make this right.
41:58Try taking a few steps, Miss Raven.
42:10It fits perfectly.
42:12Thank you, Mary.
42:12Thank you for everything.
42:15Oh, sweetheart.
42:16In my heart,
42:18you've always been my own daughter.
42:24Today's the day college admissions go out.
42:26Quick, go check!
42:38You got in!
42:40Oh, Miss Raven,
42:42you have such a bright future ahead of you.
42:45Yeah.
42:45The nightmare's finally over.
42:47My new life is starting today.
42:54Must be Mrs. Morgan next door.
42:57She borrowed a baking pan yesterday.
43:09Raven,
43:10I finally found you.
43:15It was all Dove's fault.
43:17I had her locked away in psych lab.
43:19She got what she deserved.
43:20I brought your lucky pendant back.
43:22It was always yours, Raven.
43:24Mom and Dad are wasting away in the hospital,
43:26crying for you every day.
43:28Please, take it.
43:29Just give me,
43:30give this family one chance to make it up to you.
43:34Please.
43:49You really think a few cheap apologies
43:50and a broken necklace
43:52can heal scars cut down to the bone?
43:54Raven,
43:54we're sorry.
43:55We really are.
43:56Dove's locked in psych ward.
43:57She's never getting out.
43:59Mom and Dad are bed-reddened,
44:00crying your name day and night.
44:02Please,
44:03come home with me.
44:04I don't give a damn about any of you.
44:06Mary is my only family.
44:07You're just my abusers.
44:15This is the transfer deed
44:16for all of the sterling core assets.
44:18Sign it,
44:18and it's all yours.
44:20Please,
44:20let us make it up to you.
44:23This isn't compensation.
44:25This is the bill for beating me 15 times.
44:29Get lost.
44:37Disaster.
44:37The IRS just launched a surprise audit,
44:39and the sterling group is hit
44:40with a massive tax crisis.
44:42Our entire cash flow is wiped out.
44:44Sir,
44:44those core assets you just signed away
44:46are our last lifeline.
44:48Those assets are the only atonement
44:50we have left for Raven.
44:52This time,
44:53we are not throwing her away again.
44:57Maybe this is just the sterling's karma.
45:01Breaking.
45:02The sterling empire
45:03has officially collapsed
45:04into liquidation.
45:05Leaving the former billionaires
45:07surviving in the city slums.
45:22Miss Raven,
45:24before you walked out of juvie,
45:27you said the sterling's
45:29would lose everything.
45:31And it all
45:33came
45:36true.
45:39Mary,
45:40there's a secret
45:41I never told you.
45:43Hmm?
45:43I was born with a cursed power.
45:46The moment I speak of disaster,
45:49it comes to pass.
45:52Always devastating,
45:54always absolute.
46:00Back in the orphanage
46:01in foster care,
46:04I realized what a terrifying curse
46:06I carried.
46:10Three years ago,
46:11when the sterling's took me in,
46:14I played mute just to keep them safe.
46:18But in the end,
46:19they wanted me dead.
46:22Mary,
46:22are you scared of me?
46:24A monster whose dark words
46:26always come to life.
46:37You are not a monster,
46:39and that is not a curse.
46:42That's a weapon God gave you
46:44to protect yourself from evil people.
46:50Thank you, Mary.
46:56Back off!
46:57That's mine!
46:57Woo!
47:23Seeing you like this,
47:24I feel like playing mute for three years
47:26was just a sick joke.
47:28Raven,
47:29I've always wanted to know,
47:30why did you pretend to be mute
47:32all those years?
47:34My words are a curse.
47:36Whatever disaster I speak comes true.
47:38Three years ago,
47:39I thought I finally had a family.
47:42To keep you safe from what I could do,
47:44I chose to stay silent.
47:50You were protecting us the entire time!
47:54We tortured the only person
47:56who truly loved us.
47:57God,
47:57we were so wrong!
48:02You chose this fate.
48:04Now rot in the hell
48:05you built for yourselves.
48:30I found you at last,
48:32my mysterious,
48:34misspelled speaker.
48:36You used to be a mapper
48:37And the hell,
