00:01Hey guys, Ivan is facing a tiny logistical hiccup while hauling a MeToo Hoplite light helicopter,
00:08whose center of gravity apparently ended up a little higher than it should have.
00:12But hey, everything's still moving forward according to the old man in the Kremlin's plan.
00:18Now, we can't be sure the aircraft was military.
00:21But hey, one less helicopter in Mordor that could eventually be mobilized by the Horde is always good news for
00:29Ukraine?
00:33On the tech front, the Ukrainian defense tech company Skyfall officially unveiled the Torhammer,
00:39its first medium-range attack drone with an operational range of up to 600 kilometers.
00:44The system is already deployed with Ukrainian forces and has been codified by the Ministry of Defense,
00:50authorizing its formal acquisition.
00:53This aircraft measures 3 meters in length and has a wingspan of 3.5 meters,
00:58reaching speeds of up to 180 kilometers per hour at altitudes of up to 4,000 meters.
01:05It can carry fragmentation, high-explosive or thermobatic warheads and can be prepped for launch in about 18 minutes
01:12either by catapult or rocket booster from fixed sites as well as mobile truck-mounted platforms,
01:18allowing crews to relocate quickly after deployment.
01:22The navigation system combines satellite positioning and inertial navigation to stay on course under heavy electronic warfare jamming.
01:31The drone follows a preset route autonomously while streaming real-time video to its operator from daytime or thermal cameras.
01:37As it approaches the target, it alerts the operator to request final strike authorization.
01:43Once confirmed, the onboard artificial intelligence and computer vision take over for the terminal attack run.
01:50Depending on the mission, the system can integrate Starlink or other secure links and supports remote operation from distant command
01:58posts.
01:58The company Skyfall has a research and development center, production facilities, and a training academy,
02:06and is responsible for producing other notable systems such as the Vampire Heavy Bomber, the Strike Attack Drones, and the
02:13P-1 ESUN interceptors.
02:18The Russians are also working on new technologies, and on October 2 at the Chebarkulski training ground,
02:25Andishton Heavy Robotic Assault Complex was introduced, whose operators control it from a separate armored vehicle at stations
02:32that replicate exactly the functions of commander, driver, and gunner.
02:36The demonstration took place during the final phase of strategic exercises.
02:40Center Base 1026, which were attended by Putin, who was accompanied by the Minister of Defense and Senior Military Commanders,
02:47where more than 6,000 personnel from Russia and allied nations deployed on the ground.
02:52Ground, along with hundreds of vehicles, drones, and other robotic systems.
02:57The chaturne took part in an exercise providing fire support during simulated assaults on a town.
03:03Manufactured by Uralva Gonzovot, on a T-72 or T-90 chassis, it carries a 125 mm D-414 cannon
03:11that has been shortened to make maneuvering easier in urban areas.
03:15It features an autoloader system for 22 rounds and a coaxial machine gun located next to the main armament.
03:22The command vehicle is also based on a tank chassis, modified to house and protect the crew responsible for managing
03:29the robotic complex,
03:30plus a driver and a tank commander tasked with operating the control tank.
03:35According to the Russians, this vehicle is designed to advance ahead of manned units in assault operations, avoiding directly exposing
03:44a human crew to the line of fire.
03:46The platform reuses existing chassis, instead of requiring a completely new design.
03:52It is not known whether remote operation relies on a fiber optic cable or a data link,
03:57and the vehicle remains vulnerable to the same threats that have destroyed a large number of conventional tanks in Ukraine.
04:04If this robotic assault tank ever reaches the front line, I hope Ukrainian hackers can jam the signal to send
04:10it right back to visit its makers.
04:14In those same exercises, Ivan also introduced three combat and logistical robotic systems, airdrop by parachute and capable of operating
04:22behind enemy lines.
04:25The operators had previously jumped into the same area, so they reached the vehicles quickly and established radio links within
04:33five minutes.
04:33Once connected, the courier operator directed its 7.62 mm machine gun at simulated targets to support the assault groups
04:43advancing on the ground.
04:45The other platforms conducted ammunition transport exercises and the operators wanted to clear the way for the assault forces' parachute
04:53drop.
04:55It's all very beautiful.
04:57But this has not been achieved because the Il-76 cannot fly through airspace protected by active air defenses.
05:04We'll have to see how it goes for them when they try to jump into Ukraine.
05:09What could indeed be useful are the Arena M active protection systems mounted on T-90M tanks which prove capable
05:16of destroying multiple attack drones.
05:18These systems could soon be installed on Ivan's new arm.
05:25On the clandestine operations front, the main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has confirmed that
05:32the Legion's shadow network,
05:34Freedom of Russia, carried out a coordinated campaign of sabotage inside the Russian Federation,
05:40targeting the adaptive logistics system that Moscow implemented after repeated Ukrainian attacks against refineries and port storage facilities.
05:49The operation, dubbed Barrel, focused on destroying railway tank cars that the Russian authorities began using as mobile depots after
06:00processing capacity was reduced along with the number of fixed storage tank farms because of Ukrainian drone strikes.
06:07The HR stated that the underground network detected this shift by infiltrating key structures and analyzing logistics data.
06:15This gave them enough intel to devise a plan to target this mobile storage network.
06:20The Saboteurs gained access to guarded railway facilities and disabled dozens of tanker cars carrying crude oil meant to serve
06:28as a fuel reserve to sustain the invasion.
06:31According to the GUAR, more than 10,000 metric tons of crude oil were destroyed and direct property damage exceeded
06:37$10 million.
06:39But even more important than that was that the action also disrupted and damaged railway sections used to transport strategic
06:46resources and military cargo.
06:49All the clandestine operatives involved are safe, having proven that Moscow cannot guarantee the security of its own logistics routes,
06:57not even within its own territory.
07:00Long-range Ukrainian strikes throughout 2026 have limited the capacity of Russian refining and export infrastructure, forcing the authorities to
07:09stockpile the oil, crude oil through the railway system instead of concentrating it in facilities.
07:15As a side effect, this decentralization created a new set of geographically dispersed targets that the Freedom of Russia network
07:22was able to exploit thanks to prior intelligence work and direct access on the ground.
07:29Reports related to the attack campaign record strikes in multiple regions, including Nizhny, Novgorod, Novokuznetsk, Orekhovo, Yekaterinburg, and other locations.
07:40The operation makes it clear that the Russian internal opposition to the war is still alive and is willing to
07:46take direct action to try to end it.
07:48Furthermore, it shows us that Ivan faces a major challenge in protecting a very extensive and linear logistical railway network
07:55that is under intense combined pressure from external attacks and internal sabotage.
07:59The Freedom of Russia Legion and Dehor have indicated that these actions will continue as long as the Russian state
08:06depends on oil revenues and rail transport to sustain its war effort.
