Judge Judy asks a simple question about the rent — and quickly runs out of patience waiting for a simple answer.

When a landlord can’t clearly explain whether her tenants pay $1,200 a month or $300 a week, Judy gives her one last chance to answer. Then comes the countdown: “1, 2, 3.”

And just like that, the case is dismissed.
