00:01I guess loosely what Thriving Kids is recognising is the government's answer to a problem that
00:07they had. The NDIS for a long time has been really the only opportunity for children with
00:13developmental delays and autism to get the support they need. And I think it's fair to
00:17say since its inception way more many children ended up in the NDIS than the government ever
00:22expected. And as you know there are massive blowouts and the NDIS has just grown to a behemoth.
00:28And the government needs to raid an NDIS. And I think this is one of their attempts to do that,
00:33which is to say for very young children under eight who need early intervention and support,
00:39for those who have milder autism...
