00:00Now that you've had some time to kind of process, what conclusions have you and the rest of the
00:03front office come to about what you can do differently to make sure that you don't end
00:08up in a situation like this next year? Yeah, I think as we reflected on how the start of the
00:15season went the way it did, we and I made a number of decisions that created the potential for
00:26almost like an uncapped downside scenario. We had a lot of change. We've talked about that.
00:34We've talked about that before. I think change in New York is probably different than change
00:42in other markets. We live that. I think in addition to that change,
00:50change. We had certain elements of our roster that didn't have enough flexibility so that when
00:56we had underperformance, it made it very difficult for us to make in-season on-the-fly adjustments.
01:04We got hit with all of those elements and some injury issues
01:12predominantly over the first half of the season.
01:16And I think combining all of that put us in a spot where we had this tough stretch
01:24and then we weren't able, both from a roster construction perspective
01:28and from an internal cohesion and continuity perspective, we weren't able to get ourselves
01:32out of it the way we should have or could have or in a way that would have allowed us
01:39to frankly
01:40have a more productive entirety of the season.
