00:49the nickname by which he later entered politics. His legal history began with the
00:53the Ciudad de la Bendición housing project, which began development in 2004. Through its
00:58The company, Torres, built homes and sold thousands of lots on land that was seized by the
01:03prosecutors for being linked to the mafia. According to authorities, the original owners of
