00:00The Macho Man Randy Savage in the One Man Gang, remember that?
00:04Yes, here you see the One Man Gang hammering the Macho Man with the cane,
00:09and now he's going, whoa, and the Macho barely gets out of the way once,
00:12just gets out of the way twice, and now the referee, of course,
00:16sees it in the big disqualification.
00:18Now let's take you to the Slickster in the One Man Gang.
00:21That's not the case.
00:22You know, there's a trend being set here, McMahon.
00:24Slickster now realizes that Mean Gene Okerlund is no journalist.
00:29Everyone's realizing that.
00:31Well, the Slickster sliding to the ring, leading the number one contender,
00:36the One Man Gang.
00:38We're going to have a new World Wrestling Federation champion crowned tonight.
00:42And by the way, Jess, later on, I'm looking forward to the tag team matchup
00:46and pitch demolition.
00:48New tag team champions against former champs, the British Bulldogs.
00:52What a matchup.
00:54And of course, later on as well,
00:55The Rock squares off against the Billion Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase.
01:01And I'm looking forward to that one, too.
01:03Let's see if we can get a little shot of the footwork and the Slickster.
01:09There he is.
01:10Look at that.
01:11The Slickster preparing for the matchup.
01:14And the Macho Man, Randy Savage, is preparing as well.
01:17You can bet the Macho Man, it's gonna be sky high when he hits this squared circle.
01:23Mean Gene Okerlund is standing by with the new Undisputed Champion.
01:28Thank you, Mean Gene Okerlund.
01:31As the new thing begins to play this arena, he rocks.
01:35Can't you feel it, Jesse?
01:36Yeah, I can feel it, McMahon.
01:38The people love it.
01:39Macho Madness.
01:41But I'll tell you something right now.
01:42I don't think the One Man Gang and the Slickster are caught up in any Macho Madness.
01:47No, you can bet not.
01:49This is an incredible opportunity for both the Slickster as well as the One Man Gang.
01:55Just how long will the Macho Man rule as World Wrestling Federation Champion?
02:01Well, I'll tell you, if the One Man Gang has anything to say about it,
02:04it might be five minutes, ten minutes, maybe fifteen at the most.
02:08The Macho Man standing tall wearing the World Wrestling Federation Championship belted there, Jesse.
02:13Look at that.
02:14Those brown eyes.
02:15That, indeed, the inspiration in the corner of the Macho Man.
02:19You know, that makes me sick that an athlete would need a woman to be his inspiration to greatness.
02:25Oh, really?
02:26Yes.
02:26What's your inspiration?
02:28Me.
02:29That's figures.
02:30Look at, wait a minute, Slickster.
02:32Hey, what are you doing, Slick?
02:34What is he doing?
02:35The Macho Man going after the Slickster.
02:37The Slickster getting a little too close to Elizabeth.
02:40And the Macho Man chases the Slickster all the way back to the dressing room.
02:44And now, Jesse, yes, it's a one-on-one confrontation to Murray for his title defense for the Macho Man
02:51on television.
02:52What a matchup we're gonna have.
02:56All right, we're ready for the match to begin.
02:58The first televised World Wrestling Federation title defense and the Macho Man, the gang missing.
03:01Look at that.
03:02Yeah, well, that's what Macho Man's gotta do.
03:04He doesn't want to match up strength, and the gang's caught him and pushed him to a corner.
03:08And then from there, Savage coming out of that corner.
03:11But you're right, the one-man gang's strategy, obviously, is to use his huge girt to his advantage.
03:15And again, Macho Man has an advantage on his part if the match progresses for any length of time.
03:21Look at that.
03:22Missing with the Macho Man right on target.
03:24Down to the midsection.
03:25Up now with an elbow.
03:27The Macho Man, the one-man gang, gets him out in front.
03:30Reversal there.
03:31Open!
03:32Macho Man, Macho Man, trying to get the gang off.
03:35Whoa, and down, he went.
03:36Matches over to it.
03:38No.
03:38What a kick out by the gang.
03:40But look at that.
03:41The Macho Man, quick as a cat.
03:42He's down and now he's right back up.
03:44On the top rope.
03:45Randy Savage now, waiting for the opportunity of time he leaps.
03:48This could be over quick, McMahon.
03:50One, two, and another kick out by the gang.
03:54Well, I'll tell you, the one-man gang is so big and powerful.
03:57Whoa, look at this.
03:58Look at that.
03:58Whoa, he clotheslined him right on the top rope by the beard.
04:01He's going for the cover again.
04:03Two in.
04:04Oh, rake in the face by the one-man gang.
04:06Macho Man, lightning light, quick.
04:08This man is something else.
04:10I mean, he's like kinetic energy.
04:12He's everywhere.
04:13Yeah, but there the gang did what he wanted to do.
04:15He's pinned the Macho Man in the corner.
04:17And what the gang's got to do in this boat is slow it down.
04:21Get the Macho Man in the corner like he's got him right now and start working him over.
04:25No one is any quicker than the Macho Man.
04:27And certainly no one has as much fire as the Macho Man.
04:30I don't know what you're going to have to do to keep this man down, but the gang just very
04:34well could have his number.
04:36Well, here's what the gang needs to do.
04:38Get him in, use Palm, who's wild.
04:39Look at that.
04:40He's got Macho up in the air and slams him back to that man.
04:43The one-man gang moving in now.
04:46The Slickster looking off.
04:48Look at that big boot on the side of the head.
04:50Come on, ref, get in there.
04:51That's about a size 16 flush on the face.
04:53Three now moving one-man gang back into Slickster right there with a cane on the throat of Randy Savage.
04:59Come on, ref.
05:00The referee was tied up with the one-man gang in the ring.
05:03He didn't see any of that.
05:04You're going to look on the Slickster's face.
05:05Give me a break.
05:06Well, they're going after the championship of the world, McMahon.
05:09They're going to pull out all the stops.
05:11They're going to do whatever it takes.
05:13One-man gang with Randy Savage.
05:29The one-man gang using aggressive tactics to say the least against the macho man Randy Savage.
05:44Gang now with a whole handful of face.
05:47Come on, ref.
05:51That's right, man.
05:52Don't put your hands on my clothes, homeboy.
05:55I'll knock you right out, dude.
05:58Slickster with comments directed toward the Macho Man Randy Savage.
06:02The one-man gang hammering down into the back of the undisputed World Wrestling Television Champion.
06:08Well, the Macho Man's got to get himself out of the corner.
06:11He is in deep trouble right now, McMahon, and his title is definitely in jeopardy.
06:17One-man gang just pouring it on the Macho Man.
06:21And a look of concern on Elizabeth's face, and why not?
06:24She better be concerned.
06:26I mean, this guy's 450.
06:28Wow.
06:29Whoa.
06:30It could be over.
06:31A cover, two, and Savage kicks out.
06:35The one-man gang is wearing the Macho Man down.
06:38No, Macho Man is not moving nearly as quickly as he did at the start of the match.
06:42Pull the buckle, there comes a gang.
06:43A gang misses.
06:45Savage with an elbow.
06:48The Macho Man with another one.
06:50The gang is rocking a bet now.
06:52To the ropes.
06:53Randy Savage gets ahead of Steve.
06:55What a clothesline for the one-man gang all the way up.
07:00What a maneuver by Randy Savage.
07:02I can't believe Savage had the strength to knock the gang out.
07:05He's going up to the top rope.
07:06Savage on the top, look out, one-man gang.
07:10Gang goes down.
07:12Takes out a cameraman with him.
07:14Trust that cameraman down on the floor.
07:16And now, one more with him on the side of Randy Savage.
07:25Slicster encouraging one-man gang, and the Macho Man Randy Savage going up again.
07:30Slicster's trying to pump the gang up, Savage is coming off.
07:34Ooh, the gang caught him with that one, and
07:36that'll definitely slow the Macho Man down.
07:39Randy Savage now scooped up by the one-man gang.
07:43Big body slam.
07:44Savage hurting the one-man gang, what's he doing?
07:47It looks like he's going up, McMahon.
07:50He's going up.
07:51If this is the 747, it's all over if he hits it.
07:55One-man gang preparing himself with a splash.
07:58Here he comes, Nile Mask.
08:02Well, that saved Randy Macho Man Savage's World Heavyweight Championship right there
08:07that he got out of the way, what's Slic doing?
08:09What is it?
08:10And come on.
08:16Randy Savage, here he comes.
08:21Savage pointing an accusing figure in the Slicster, and again,
08:24the one-man gang attacks from behind.
08:25You know, McMahon, that's why I say Elizabeth is a detriment.
08:29Because Randy Savage not only has to put up with the gang inside the ring,
08:33but he has to protect Elizabeth outside the ring.
08:37And the referee, apparently, setting Elizabeth's right, wait a minute.
08:42Look over there.
08:43Oh, my, he hits his own man.
08:46Wow, the Slicster hit the gang.
08:48Savage is going to the top.
08:50He's going for the big elbow, I think.
08:53Watch out, man, can just go answer it down.
08:57A pillar, one, two, get in there.
09:00Savage wins it.
09:01I can't believe it.
09:02The one-man gang and the Slicster beat themselves.
09:06No, indeed, that's not what happened.
09:09What do you mean that ain't what happened?
09:11If Slic wouldn't have hit the gang, the gang would have never got pinned by Macho Man at that point
09:16in the mouth.
09:17What happened is Macho Madness.
09:22Matter than it's ever been.
09:25Randy, Macho Man Savage with manager Elizabeth Paddington's side.
09:29Well, I have to give credit.
09:31You know, I was the one that always stood behind and said what talent the Macho Man has.
09:37You jumped on the bandwagon awful late, McMahon.
09:40But Savage is very talented and he got the big win.
09:43Let's go back to the replay.
09:45Here you see the Macho Man coming off with the big elbow.
09:49Wham, he drives it into the one-man gang.
09:51And I don't care who you are, if you get hit with that elbow,
09:55the match is over as it was proved right there on the one-man gang.
09:59The Macho Man, Randy Slic, proving indeed that he could very well reign supreme
10:05over the one-man gang in his first televised title defense.
10:08Standing by Mean Gene Oakland and the British Bulldogs.
10:12All right.
