00:42that the election period in Brazil will be facing this first turn on Sunday.
00:50And according to the electoral system, the Brazilian electoral system,
00:53both President and Governor candidacies need to go over the 50% amount of votes received
01:02in order to win the place, right?
01:05So if that does happen, meaning if the President will hand the seats,
01:10neither of them obtain more than 50% of the votes,
01:14there will be a second turn, a second election day run-up that will take place a couple of weeks
01:21after this Sunday.
01:23And that is most likely the situation that we are seeing, at least in the polls.
01:28If we analyze those polls that different agencies are carrying out constantly
01:34and have before the past month, we are seeing that the President,
01:39President Bolsonaro is leading in this first election day of October 4,
01:44approximately by four to five poll points,
01:48the first according to the different measurements, over Flavio Bolsonaro.
01:52But the second election day that will be the run-up, the estimates are showing a practically technical tie.
02:01That means that there is a difference of two points or less than two points,
02:05and that is also statistical error.
02:08So the analysts are saying that this is a virtual tie for now.
02:12Of course, anything gets defensive to scale, anything can change,
02:16and that is why the bases and the campaigns are targeting those people in particular
02:22who could decide that vote.
02:24That is what we are seeing right now, that is the situation,
02:27and we will continue analyzing exactly which are the topics,
02:31which are the key sectors of the population that may be able to decide the final presidential race in particular.
02:40Let's recall, there are multiple positions that these elections are deciding,
