00:38The application was filed by 1MDB, five subsidiaries, and five other companies.
00:44On May 9th, 2024, the company sued Rosmah and Singaporean designer Shabnam, also known as
00:51Natasha Mirpuri.
00:52The plaintiffs withdrew their claim against Shabnam in April last year.
00:56They are seeking an order for Rosmah to pay US$346 million, or whatever amount the court
01:03deems appropriate, over luxury purchases allegedly funded with misappropriated 1MDB funds.
01:10They also want the court to declare 1MDB and its five subsidiaries the rightful owners of
01:15the luxury items allegedly in Rosmah's possession.
