These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
The corrupt officials and gangstalking perpetrator handlers often bribe street bums and drug addicts because they are desperate and easier to manipulate. Us anti perps do not care what kind of perp or collaborator they are. We will do them all just the same. Perps and us anti perps all feel the street bums and drug addicts are more expendable because they are worth less to society. They consume and do not contribute back into society.
Even among anti perps, there are different factions. The softer anti perp factions view the street bum perps and collaborators as having some form of intrinsic value worthy of reform. My faction, one of the hard ass anti perp factions view the corrupt officials and their gangstalking perp and collaborator puppets have no redeeming value, and nobody will miss them if they are gone. That is why we collect and share the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to those nice and/or nasty international organizations, their global followers, and their other global allies.
What this means is that if for whatever reasons, those nice and/or nasty international groups, should make the corrupt officials and their gangstalking perp puppets disappear, we would not "give a shit". Does the term "sleep with the fishes" conjure up any kind of mental imagery? There are corrupt ones inside and outside of any kind of officialdom in every city and every country on Earth.
This is no secret. I am in frequent communications with some of my other international group associates and some of my societal factions of government/corporation official and politician friends. I tell them all that we collect and share uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators, along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings to those nice and/or nasty global organizations, their adherents, and their other allies. I tell them all of this straight to their faces, undiluted.
