10/31/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Halloween Day is The Best Disguise & Files Exchange Time

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Halloween Day is the best video, photo, and information files exchange time. Everyone is in costume or at least near someone else in costume, lots of noise and flashy lights, large crowds all roaming around us, etc. Those distractions make it far easier for my international associates and I to blend into any crowd as the partiers are all drunk and boisterous. Most places have low lighting and almost dark.

My associates and I are outside with others having a good time, and that is a plausible reason why we are running around. In the middle of all the socializing, we can quickly slip away somewhere to exchange our collected videos, photographs, and other information files, and then go back to our socializing some more. All of those uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators, along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings would be hard pressed to know who got collected and shared to whom, or when they were shared. They will just find out they had gone global.

This year, Halloween is on a Saturday and that means I will need some more videos, photographs, and other information files to pass along to the others at those online group forum meetings and offline in person meetings with my international group associates from everywhere.

The other international group associates and my societal factions of government/corporation official and politician friends all want to see some more uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators. All those other nice and/or nasty international organizations, their global adherents, and their other global allies, would certainly want to see more perpetrators and collaborators too.
