10/2/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Gangstalking PERP Handlers & Dirty Officials Set up PERPS

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

If you are on any of the international (TI) Targeted Individuals groups, corruption exposure groups, civil rights auditing, whatever lives matter groups, anti dictatorship groups, and other allied organizations, they will all tell you that the corrupt officials and organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrrator handlers will set up the perps and collaborators to take the heat if things go wrong. The corrupt offiicials and the perp handlers will hide away like corrupt cowards they are, and throw the perps and collaborators under the bus to save their own cowardly asses. The street level gangstalking perps would also betray each other too, as they are also lesser ranked cowardly retards.

The above scenario does not even include what the global TI groups, exposure groups, anti whatever groups, and allies would do to and with the various uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators. There are so many international organizations and their adherents in every city and country. Internet fame means all of those groups can see and watch any of our collected and shared gangstalking perps and collaborators.

The specifics can vary and no two thing is exactly the same. However, any of the corrupt ofificals and organized harassment, gangstalking perps really do not want these international organizations and members to know where the gangstalking perps, their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, buildings exist. I am not going to name any names because the list would be really long and varied. Social media platforms have limits no matter how relaxed and non censorship crazy they could be. I won't trigger their algorithms. I think all of you can guess what international organizations I am hinting at when I refer to global nice and/or nasty organizations?

Those two gangstalking perp dummies standing by the glass wall in the underground parkade drive way are two examples of gangstalking perpetrator retards. Normal non perps do not waste their time doing stupid and pathetic, asinine actions just to convey the psychological message, " We are watching you!" Those two perps and the other perps are morons because they obeyed their perp handler orders to stand around conspicuously to get recorded and shared for their internet fame. Meanwhile, their corrupt officials and perp handlers are hiding away somewhere else, and not showing their faces to my international group associates and I. I am going to make these perp idiots internet famous because the next weekend is approaching and I need fresh new, uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to pass along to the others. I never turn down any free gifts that self gift wrapped themselves for me/us.
