These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
Do you see the loitering black & white Victoria Police SUV and the others? It is the part in the Hillside Centre shopping mall parking lot. My international group associates and I can further scan any video clips, photographs by other human eyes, computers, and/or AI artificial intelligence tool. Perhaps others can squeeze out more information where I may have missed something?
Each one of us international anti gangstalking perp, anti corruption, and other allied groups, members are in every place on Earth collecting and sharing these videos and photographs to many others. Those anti whatever social media channels are everywhere and sooner or later, someone from somewhere will recognize some uniformed and civilian faces, vehicles, and buildings from someplace else. Those global audiences who recognize someone or something can even share names and other details secretly. Remember that we are international.
Any of the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators can even go on a vacation to some other city or country, and one of our Targeted Individuals groups, constitutional rights auditing groups, anti corruption groups, Whatever Lives Matter groups, and/or other global allies could be watching and documenting the activities and contacts of those perps and collaborators, along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings.
Every gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator have at least one or more corrupt official who are their perp handlers. There are different levels of handlers and perps with different people in their lives and they all have different levels of vulnerabilities. This is true for every city and country on Earth. The names and labels maybe different, but the methods and systems are not different.
It is as I predicted once again. Sooner or later, the other international group associates and my societal factions of government/corporation official and politician friends will be contacting me again, whenever my associates and I pass along some interesting videos and photographs into the various international collections.
