00:01This is the ninth case of the measles that's been detected in South Australia so far this year.
00:06We know that this case is linked to the Brighton High School outbreak,
00:11which was first detected on September 14.
00:14Three students from that school have tested positive.
00:18This person is, this latest case, is a person in their 40s.
00:22They are connected to that school and community.
00:24SA Health have said that that person visited a number of locations while infectious,
00:30including a pharmacy and pathology in Fulham Gardens in Adelaide's West.

00:41The person was hospitalised on Wednesday at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
00:45SA Health are now working to try and get in contact with everyone who may be considered a close contact,
00:52including those people at the emergency department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
00:57The chief health officer has said that symptoms may be different for everyone,
01:02but they also said that anyone who is experiencing a runny or blocked nose,
01:08a dry cough, a rash or conjunctivitis should go and get medical advice.
