00:04Because just today it was announced that Judith Light will be joining the cast of Shrinking for Season 4,
00:08making an Ugly Betty reunion between her and Michael Urie.
00:11And the best part is, we may actually know who she's playing already.
00:15Now in case you've forgotten, Judith Light and Michael Urie were co-stars on Ugly Betty,
00:20where she played Claire Meade and he played Mark St. James.
00:22Because they developed a close relationship while working on the show,
00:25they've been saying for years that they want to work together again.
00:27Including in separate interviews with us here at Decider,
00:30where they may have hinted at exactly who she'll be playing.
00:33I got their interviews from 2024 and 2025 respectively.

00:42She's wanted to play my mom for years, so.
00:44I talked with Michael Urie a few months back.

00:47And he said he wants you to play his mom in Shrinking.
00:50Have there been any conversations there?
00:51No conversation whatsoever about that.
00:54He had mentioned that to me too.
00:55And I said, you know, I would go anywhere just about to play Michael Urie's mother,
00:59but he is, like, delicious.
01:02I guess it's more like predicting or manifesting than it is hinting,
01:05but still, we're not ruling it out.
