00:22Gyanesh Chor Kumar, the sorry figure who is the chief election commissioner of this country
00:28and apparently he enjoys immunity under the CEC and EC Act of 2023, section 16, which says that
00:38the election commissioners enjoy immunity from civil and criminal prosecution in the discharge
00:42of their duties. I'd like to point out that if acting as a concerted body, they may enjoy immunity.
00:50In this case, the Indian Express investigation has made it very clear that two of the three
00:56election commissioners, namely Mr. Sandhu and Mr. Joshi, dissented as many as 14 times in the last
01:0210 months and sometimes as many as four times in a single day. They knew nothing about this.
01:07So all the decisions taken by Gyanesh Kumar were certainly not majority decisions.
01:12The decisions conveyed on behalf of the election commissions were actually falsified because they
01:17were done by one person without the consent of the other two. Hence, he cannot enjoy immunity
01:22and is open to prosecution. That is very clear in the interpretation of the law.

01:31the police as well. TMC MP has taken that first decision. What are you hearing about the opposition
01:36strategy? Because the BJP is defending election commission on the CEC. The election commission
01:41is saying all these are incorrect claims and we've taken unanimous decisions.
01:48The opposition parties are certainly charged up at this point in time because they are saying
01:53the chief election commissioner is at fault and they are saying that their charges have
01:59indicated the allegation that they had made in the past few months stands indicated today
02:03because all the objections that were raised by the opposition parties are now being, you
02:08know, are apparently part of the communications or objections that were raised by the commissioners
02:13including Mr. Sandhu and Mr. Yoshi. So, the opposition is charged up. Rahul Gandhi is certainly
02:19going to attack hard at CEC Ganesh Kumar, Atim Tej Dewal, Mamra Manansi, Atim Tej Dewal,
02:24Mamra Manansi, Atim Tej Dewal. All of them are demanding to arrest the elections that have
02:29happened in the past to be, you know, called invalid, null and void and conduct fresh elections.
02:35There is now a lot of suspicion about the educated or in a way cleaned, you know, electoral
02:42roles in different states. And CEC, the Cocteau Janta Party has also entered the picture. They are
02:47saying that Ganesh Kumar must resign within 48 hours or what he will see is the retreat of
02:53Jantar Manansi protest. Back to you.
