00:15that comes from the ratepayers. That's you, I and everyone else old enough to pay the rates.
00:21It does need a good scrub, certainly part of it too. But I think it's more boiling down to education
00:27of people not to be slobs and not to throw rubbish around because I just don't do it.
00:33And when I had my kids from a very early age, they've always been taught, if you've got any rubbish,
00:38you bring it home with you. You can't find a bin and they still do that now.
00:41It's not altogether the council's fault because people should bring more to keep the rubbish and put it in bins.
00:48I do call people out on it as well, because I'm that kind of person.
00:52I have to clean my own street and the front of the house, the side, I live on an end
00:58property. Front, side and the rear, because we've been on the end house.
01:03It's very convenient for people to just offload rubbish. And I don't mean the occasional wrappers. They put it in
01:10bin bags and they dump it the side of my house.
01:12Because it does need to be done. More of us need to make a point.
