00:07that is the UNGA. And addressing the UNGA, U.S. President General Trump spoke sharply about Iran,
00:14calling it the biggest sponsor of terror. He said a deal with Tehran could be possible after the
00:19midterms, but warned that his other option was to annihilate the Islamic Republic.
00:27Trump also urged countries to join the U.S. in economically pressurizing Iran.
00:34Turning to Ukraine, Donald Trump said Washington was working with both Moscow and Kiev. On Cuba,
00:41he called it a failed state and said that freedom will be coming to the nation soon.
00:46He also repeated his claim that he has stopped eight wars. And on AI, that is the artificial
00:52intelligence. Donald Trump said U.S. government documents would use the term superintelligence
00:59instead of artificial intelligence from now on. While again dismissing warnings about AI as a hoax,
01:06he called the technology as amazing. His remarks on Iran and Cuba also prompted
01:11walkouts by their delegations at the UNGA. To decode Donald Trump's speech, I'll be joined by former
01:18ambassador of India to the United States, Meera Shankar and energy security expert, Dr. Anas
01:25Alhaj. But first, let's take a look at what Donald Trump said.
01:34There is no better example of a danger that was allowed to gather strength at the world's peril
01:40than the number one sponsor of terror, the Islamic Republic of Iran. For 51 years, the fanatical Iranian
01:50regime has ruled by bloodshed and mass murder, spreading death and carnage and chaos across the
01:59entire Middle East and beyond. They were the bully of the Middle East, but they are the bully no more.
02:05From the first day I entered the political arena, I've been unwavering. I will never allow Iran to have
02:13a nuclear weapon. Upon taking office last year, I immediately opened negotiations with Iran and offered
02:20them full economic cooperation in exchange for ending their nuclear program and support for terror, but they
02:28refused. They absolutely refused. That was a big mistake.
02:36I call on all nations to join us in enforcing the complete economic isolation of Iran until they stop their
02:44attacks on commercial shipping, relinquish their nuclear ambitions and cease their support of terror.
02:52The terrorist regime is behaving badly, not because they are strong and confident, but because
03:00they are weak and desperate. If we stand united, we will soon see a world free of the last 51
03:09-year
03:09menace of Iranian terror, and oil prices will come plummeting down even lower than they were at the start of
03:17the conflict.
03:18And they were very low. In the United States, they were really low.
03:26But I have a big decision to make. Will a deal be made with Iran that lets them rebuild and
03:35create a far
03:36greater country than it ever was before, maybe one of the greatest in the Middle East or even the world?
03:44Or do I annihilate the Islamic Republic and do it quickly, never giving them a chance to kill and
03:52destroy people and countries again? Do I drive them into hell with no chance of survival and no hope of
04:01future
04:01greatness or generations? But I believe we'll make a deal right after the election because it doesn't make sense for
04:11them not to.
04:12They're waiting to see how I do in the midterm election. What they don't realize is that I'm not running.
04:18I did that already and won in a landslide. We won in a giant landslide. And I'll be here for
04:26two and a half years.
04:27The Republican Party is running and I'll be helping them. But I am not running. I gave absolutely no credence
04:36and will not give credence to the election when it comes to Iran. It doesn't even enter my mind.
04:44The only thing that does is that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon.
04:54The United States also totally rejects any attempt to construct a globalist scheme to control
05:00for the artificial intelligence being spoken of so much now here and after officially called
05:08super intelligence changing the name and that the use of the word artificial makes intelligence fake.
05:16It makes it sound fake and it is not fake. It's actually amazing. But we have to be careful.
05:23Super intelligence. Every major new technology brings challenges and super intelligence is
05:31no exception. Yet the very same people who said we'll all be dead in 12 years because of global warming.
05:37A name since reborn to climate change because the planet was cooling not warming and nobody was dead.
05:44These are the same people that are now saying that AI is going to kill us all that robots are
05:49going to
05:50attack us and that everything is going to be a total disaster. Same group of people. Whoever wins AI,
05:56you have to remember this. And now I say whoever wins SI, whoever wins super intelligent, wins.
06:05That's the group that wins. And we're leading now over China by a lot and everyone else. And we're going
06:12to keep it that way. We're going to keep it very, very straight and very strong. I'm not going to
06:19stifle
06:20growth of something that will be bigger than the industrial revolution. Many say bigger than the industrial
06:25revolution or the internet itself. And we will be very careful. And that's why we have a department
06:32of justice that we've already used it having to do with this very subject and used it very powerfully.
06:37And that's why we're going to keep it that way.
