01:24At the same time, Vietnam is developing its science and technology sectors and wants to increase imports of advanced technologies
01:30and high-tech equipment from the U.S.
01:32This includes products such as aircraft, nuclear power technology, and infrastructure and technologies for transportation, including roads and railways.
01:41These are areas where the U.S. has significant technological developments, particularly in advanced technology, that we will focus on
01:48increasing cooperation with the U.S.
01:51One of the key issues is actually the issue of transshipment. What's your view on that?
