SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS. – Una señora identificada como Cristina, residente en la comunidad Honduras de este municipio, acudió ante las autoridades para denunciar el constante acoso, las agresiones y las amenazas de muerte de las que asegura ser víctima junto a sus familiares por parte de un vecino.

La denunciante señaló a un hombre identificado como Emmanuel Durán Alvarado como el responsable de mantener en vilo la tranquilidad del sector. Según relató Cristina, el sujeto se torna violento principalmente durante los fines de semana tras ingerir bebidas alcohólicas.

"Ya no me deja dormir ni a mí ni a los vecinos. Cuando bebe empieza a amenazar con que nos va a matar y a vocar de todo desde la casa de su madre, donde se atrinchera", manifestó desesperada.

Asimismo, la mujer reveló que en un hecho anterior, el agresor presuntamente hirió con un arma blanca a dos hermanos de ella, situación por la cual se intentó querellar formalmente. Sin embargo, denunció que el acusado continúa en libertad al presumir que "nunca cae preso".

Ante esta situación, Cristina hizo un llamado urgente a las autoridades policiales y al Ministerio Público para que intervengan cuanto antes y adopten medidas de protección en la zona, especialmente durante los fines de semana, para evitar que la situación culmine en una tragedia.
