We explored a truly abandoned house where something felt very wrong — the electricity and running water were still working, even though the owners had long since left.
Inside, almost everything was still there: personal belongings, clothes, furniture, a child’s bedroom with a doll still sitting in a baby crib, and the woman’s hats and belongings still waiting in the bedroom. And downstairs, we discovered an old wine cellar.
This abandoned house felt less like an empty building and more like someone had simply walked away and never returned.
