00:04In 2025, Guangde was included in the first national list of zero-carbon industrial parks under pilot development.
00:11Our correspondent Bruno Falzi shows us how this transformation is reflected in the city's companies.
00:17Guangde in Anhui Province is an important industrial hub in China.
00:22At its exhibition center, we learn about part of the city's industrial structure and how its transformation is progressing,
00:30combining the development of new industries with technologies aiming at reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
00:40Now we are on the second floor where our main industries are showcased.
00:44First, we can see a complete car model.
00:46Through this mobile screen, we can learn about the more than 100 auto parts companies currently operating in Guangde
00:52and see where their products are used in vehicles.
00:57Guangde's transformation is part of the Communist Party of China policy of promoting an ecological civilization,
01:05with new technologies and solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
01:17green development is a national strategy for China, and the concept of zero-carbon industrial parks has emerged in recent
01:25years.
01:26In 2025, Guangde was included in the first national list of zero-carbon industrial parks under pilot development.
01:34The work is still at an early planning stage, but governments at both the central and local levels attach great
01:40importance to it
01:41and are introducing new policies. Companies in our zone are also actively participating, reducing energy consumption and contributing to green,
01:50low-carbon development.
01:54In the Guangde economic development zone, the goodwill factor is an example of this transformation.
02:01The company aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 and integrates solar generation, energy storage and smart energy management technologies.
02:17As for our solar panels, unlike other products on the market, we develop solutions tailored to the needs of each
02:23customer for residential as well as industrial and commercial use.
02:26We also offer photovoltaic solutions for factories with limited rooftop space, as well as building integrated photovoltaic materials and the
02:34solar canopies you can see here.
02:38With strong state participation in the economy, China is advancing its process of socialist modernization, consolidating its industrial and technological
02:50capabilities while deepening the green transformation of its development.
