00:10they created a guide called From Service to Work, How to Translate Military Experience
00:15into the Language of the Labor Market. The tool exists, but people often simply don't know about
00:20it. 57% of employers had never heard of the MOS directory before, and more than half don't know
00:27about state financial incentives for hiring veterans. Currently, employers can receive
00:31compensation amounting to one and a half times the minimum wage for hiring a veteran for at least
00:36a year, and up to 120,000 hrivnias for adapting a workplace for a veteran with a disability.
00:42Accordingly, the problem isn't the lack of state support as such, it simply doesn't reach companies
00:46when they're making decisions. Awareness is even lower among veterans themselves. 68% were hearing
00:52about the MOS directory for the first time, and only 10% had actually used it.
