00:00Shares of Genrac, gotta start there. Skyrocketing. The maker of the residential and industrial power generators signing a deal of
00:08up to $8 billion with Amazon for backup power generators for their data centers.
00:14So it includes initial deliveries of backup generators with $2.4 billion next year and 2028. It also includes warrants
00:24allowing an Amazon subsidiary to buy Genrac's shares through 2033. Genrac's a $10 billion company.
00:32I didn't know that.
00:33Do you guys have the 10 kilowatt with transfer switch cellular starting at $4,619?
00:42Boom. Saved my life. Superstorm Sandy.
00:45Yeah. Well, that's just the generator. Then you gotta pay a bunch of electricians to hook the thing up and
00:49you gotta get the switch.
00:50You get the plan. They come out and they check it a couple times a year.
00:52Are they like a childhood where they're noisy or are they quieter?
00:55Very quiet. And put some shrubs around it.
00:57Really?
00:57It's perfect. Got a little remote control inside. You look out, you see the light blinking, and you just feel
01:02so much better.
01:03And this morning they were all going off, you know. Those people that had them in my neighborhood.
01:07Tucker went with a 26 kilowatt standby generator, $8,219.
01:13I was even bigger than that back in the day.
01:14Really?
01:15Yes.
01:15A manly generator.
01:16Wow.

01:33This is a company that provides computing that powers the AI systems.
01:38They're kicking off a fresh round of fundraising.
01:40This includes a $3 billion convertible bond issue and a vehicle for potential share sales.
01:46They agreed to a so-called at-the-market offering program.
01:49It allows them to sell as many as 35 million shares from time to time.
01:54They say in a statement, the program will provide financing flexibility and help them migrate their credit profile toward investment
02:03grade.
02:04Ten seconds.
02:04Are you with me that I'm watching NI bonds into Foo in Sweeney here this morning?
02:10Like, if I'm a high-tech company, after this bounce back, now's what I want to do.

02:22Lockheed Martin and the Defense Department have struck a broad framework agreement, eventually resulting in a multi-year production contract
02:29for the Joint Advanced Tactical Missile, JATAM, I guess.

02:34Uh, which is still in development, but close to entering production, uh, when it's deployed, this projectile will be the
02:41most advanced air-to-air missile in the U.S. arsenal.
02:44Uh, this is a role that's long been held by RTX, the Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile back
02:51in 1993.
02:51So, let's get kind of old.
