00:05particularly when you have this kind of breast cancer with such serious consequences.

00:11I think it's really important that following the government's changes to the rules that affect NICE

00:18and rules that hadn't actually been changed for decades,

00:21I think it's really important they can now better take account of some of the benefits of a drug like

00:27this.

00:27But it is tribute to many of the campaigners who have been arguing for such a long time

00:33about the importance of this drug and the benefits that it has.
