01:20of it and it was only after that experience had come and gone that I really wish that I had
01:24made more of it and enjoyed it and taken more deep breaths and I promised myself that if it ever
01:29happened again, if Lightning was ever going to strike again, that I would really take time to smell the roses
01:33and this has been amazing.

01:46Noah, what qualities do you think matter for someone who wants to have a long career in this industry?
01:57My wife and I were just talking about this the other day. We try to teach our kids that it's
02:00not about winning or losing. It's about being asked to play again because if you play in the game again,
02:05you have more chances of winning over the long term.
02:07So you can lose and never get asked to play again. You can win and never get asked to play
02:12again. But if you can figure out how to win or lose in a way that makes people want to
02:15invite you back to the game, then that's a pretty good recipe for success.
