02:28All right, so here's how it works. There's two halves to this today. The first half, there
02:32will be three rounds of trivia and two minigame physical skill challenges. The winner of each
02:37of the five components will get a five-second time bonus that gets added on to their score
02:44in the second half, which is the Big Kahuna. Not just a great Samson, Jersey Mike's. That
02:50is our big final challenge, running, throwing, catching. You want to earn time bonuses to help
02:56knock more time off your final score. The team at the end in the Big Kahuna with the best
03:02final time will move on to the championship. The goal of these first five rounds is to earn
03:08time bonuses. You win a challenge or the trivia, you get a five-second time bonus. That will then
03:13be knocked off your final time in the Big Kahuna. Our ref today will be Spider. Very important
03:18component. What Spider says goes. Don't disobey Spider. Spider's the man. And then during all
03:24the challenges, we'll be joined by Big Cat and Roan, who will walk you through and commentate
03:29all of the madness of the physical parts of this competition. Kate, doing sideline reporting

04:14get it wrong, it moves over to the other side. You will then get five seconds. Back and forth
04:18we go until someone gets it right. It's a best of five. First to three correct, wins the trivia
04:24round, and gets a five-second bonus for the big kahuna later on in the show.

09:01The timer begins when the first member starts on the rope ladder.
09:05They will then go over the three hurdles and through the tackle dummies before hitting Mike Kadick on the other
09:10side.
09:13They will then return back through the course, tagging in their next teammate.
09:18Once all three members have completed the course, the time stops.
09:22The team with the quickest relay time for all three members wins the running back gauntlet and gets a five
09:29-second bonus for the big kahuna.
09:32The breakdown of all of these teams is one fat guy, one trivia guy, one athlete.
09:38And all of those are very loose definitions.

19:08The goal is to rip flags off of their opponents and return them back to their home base.
19:13If all of your flags have been removed from your belt, you must leave the challenge and stop competing.
19:19The team that returns the most flags in the allotted time or returns every single one of their opponent's flags
19:26first back to the home base, wins the challenge, and gets a five-second bonus in the Big Kahuna.

31:03Once the running back is done, the quarterback challenge begins.

32:08If they successfully catch the ball in a diving motion onto the pad, the challenge is complete.
