00:22his name on the building. A federal judge has blocked that name change, ruling the board
00:27doesn't have the authority to rename the presidential memorial without Congress.
00:31Trump says he'll appeal and if the courts ultimately rule against the center, he says
00:36the renovation won't happen. While that project is now on hold, another Trump project is finished.
00:43The president shared this photo of the new White House helipad, calling it a work of art and saying
00:49it was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. It's the latest in Trump's broader makeover of the
00:55White House and its grounds. Work also continues on the new ballroom, built on the side of the

01:07Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and plans for a triumphal arch.
