00:01This is the moment police uncovered a large cannabis farm at a property in
00:06Dover. Over 100 plants were seen at this property under a high-tech system, spanning
00:12five rooms over three different floors. Officers raided the property on the 28th
00:19of August following a tip-off, reporting unusual equipment and glowing lights
00:24that could be seen from outside. At the scene, they found boarded-up windows,
00:29excessive noise from fans, and extreme heat. Growing nutrients were also located
00:34inside the property. Forty-Rod Florian Frankissage was present and arrested,
00:40charged with producing a controlled drug. Neighbourhood policing inspector Paul
00:44Barrell said, this case highlights the important role that local policing teams
00:49play in tackling crime in our communities. Our BEAT officers work closely with the
00:54people they serve, and following concerns raised directly to a neighborhood
00:58officer, we were able to quickly investigate and identify a large-scale
01:02cannabis growing operation and bring the culprit before the courts. Frankissage
01:07admitted to the plants at Folkestone Magistrate's Court on the 31st of August,
01:11and was prisoned for eight months. With police saying offences of this nature
01:17often fuel illegal activity of wider criminal networks, they are confident that they can
