00:00Hoyaverse is releasing a new game, Noticefall, as announced at Gamescom 2026, and it looks
00:06pretty awesome. Sure, it's borrowed Elden Ring's homework, but luckily, I'm a yay
00:10two cakes sort of person. Given the developer though, you might be worried that it'll be
00:14a gacha. Well, worry no more. We can confirm, as per a dev statement, that characters are
00:20quote, not obtained through random draws. That doesn't mean it'll be free from
00:25microtransactions mind. Noticefall will still be free to play and Hoyaverse isn't running
00:29a charity here. The details aren't set in stone, but Hoyaverse says,
00:33cosmetic monetization is an important avenue we will be considering.
