00:07But there's another reason why it's not just, you know, rising along with the other chip makers today.
00:10Reuters earlier reported that SK Hynix is in talks with Intel about a deal that would see it manufacture memory
00:17chips in the U.S. for the first time.
00:20Now, SK Hynix is responding to that Reuters report.
00:24It says it is exploring options to boost its global competitiveness, but it said no deal has been made yet
00:30with Intel.
00:32And it said that, you know, it's ongoing, but that no deal has been made.
00:36This is the South Korean memory chip maker.

00:39So Intel shares rising nevertheless.
00:41We know that Secretary Howard Lutnick, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, has urged SK Hynix and other Asian chip makers to
00:47start making those chips here in the U.S. to help address the global shortage.

00:55This stock is sliding 11 percent.

00:57The trucking company flagging rising costs.
01:00And it also issued a rare earnings warning at a Morgan Stanley conference yesterday.
01:05So J.B. Hunt now expects second quarter to third quarter earnings to drop five to 10 percent.
01:11The company says higher costs stem from strong demand, which is a good thing.
01:15But it's also prompted the company to ramp up hiring.
01:18It now has to give bigger signing bonuses, institute raises.
01:21It says that all is going to cost it $25 million more in the third quarter than it did in
01:27the second quarter.
01:27I was part of the team that took J.B. Hunt public back in the day.
