00:17Hyten on the 24th of July. Mr Diggle's brother, James Diggle, pleaded not guilty to three counts
00:24of aiding and abetting Mr Dooley to cause the deaths of the three other men at Liverpool Crown Court on
00:31Monday. An inquest which opened and adjourned in August heard the four men died from multiple
00:35injuries in the single vehicle collision. Diggle of Allendale Road in West Derby, Liverpool has
00:41been remanded in custody and is due to stand trial next February.
