04:20Il est venu à New Japan,
04:22il est venu à New Japan,
04:49contre Taguchi
04:51en February en Osaka
04:53à New Beginn.
04:54Donc, Taiji Ishimori,
04:56Tais-Mori,
04:57Reborn,
04:58vous주iez un basket
05:01de images
05:02de la victoire
05:03dans le ring-ci
05:04avec notre fraternité
05:05dans son groupe
05:06de Jepans.
05:06Vous l'aurez peut-être
05:07de tirer,
05:08mais peut-être
05:09Can Taiji Ishimori
05:17IWGP jr. heavyweight champion, ballet club, bon soldier, Ishimori Taichi!
05:30Refrain Martin Asami.
05:40This is a big match, Ishimori, and he wants it.
05:44LIGER HAS ALSO SAID THAT HE WANTS TO WIN THE TITLE HERE ON THIS OCCASION
05:51BECAUSE HE WANTS TO BE THE ONE TO REPRESENT THE JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT DIVISION
05:56AT THE G1 SUPERCARD IN MADISON SQUARE GARDEN COMING UP ON APRIL THE 6TH.
06:03MARTY ASAMI, THE OFFICIAL, AND HERE WE GO.
06:09AS WE MENTIONED, LIGER CATCHING A FLASH PIN, A QUICK CRUCIFIX ROLLUP, AND A VICTORY IN A TAG TEAM ENCOUNTER.
06:21IN THE MOST RECENT HONOR RISING TOUR.
06:28SOME SAY THAT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE PULLED THAT OUT THAT QUICKLY, KEVIN.
06:33MAYBE IShimori NOW REALIZES THAT.
06:35MAYBE THAT WAS HIS ACE UP HIS SLEEVE.
06:37HE CERTAINLY DID HAVE TIME TO PREPARE AND GET READY FOR A COUNTER.
06:43BUT DON, LIGER MAY HAVE JUST SHOWED ONE CARD, BUT I DOUBT HE SHOWED HIM THE WHOLE DECK.
06:50NO, I MEAN, YOU TALK ABOUT A GUY WITH, WHAT, 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE?
06:53NICE COUNTER THERE BY IShimori.
06:55MORE THAN 30 YEARS.
06:57YEAH.
06:57THE LIGER CHARACTER, IF YOU WILL.
07:00CORRECT.
07:00THERE WAS STAMPEDE WRESTLING IN THE LATE 80s FOR LIGER.
07:04BEEN ALL OVER THE WORLD, SEEN IT ALL, DONE IT ALL.
07:07YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SURPRISE HIM.
07:09I GOT TO THINK, IF ANYONE'S GOT NERVES IN THIS MATCH, IT'S DEFINITELY IShimori.
07:14AND CONTROLLING THE LEFT LEG HERE.
07:17TRYING TO DO SOME WORK TO SLOW DOWN WHAT MANY HAVE SAID IS THE FASTEST THRILL WRESTLER
07:23IN THE GAME TODAY IN TAIJI IShimori.
07:29TIEED UP IN KNOTS IS THE CHAMPION.
07:36BOTH GUYS ARE VERY COMPACT, NOT THE TALLEST WRESTLERS, BUT BOTH VERY POWERFUL.
07:43THEY DON'T NEED TO BE AS JUNIOR HEAVY WEIGHTS.
07:46IT'S BEEN ALMOST THREE YEARS SINCE LIGER LAST CHALLENGED FOR THE TITLE, MAY 3, 2016.
07:56CAME CLOSE, WAS UNABLE TO CAPTURE THE CROWD FOR THAT 12TH TIME.
08:03HE'S ALREADY THE RECORD HOLDER.
08:07LIGER ALMOST GOING TO THE HITS RIGHT HERE, HE KNOWS WHAT WORKS.
08:11HE'S GOING TO ROCK IShimori, UP AND DOWN, CAN'T EXTEND HIM, BUT INSTEAD WILL PULL BACK.
08:23GOT HIM WAIST LOCKED AS WELL.
08:29THIS HAS BEEN ALL JUISHING THUNDER LIGER, AND YOU HEAR THE CROWD SOLIDLY BEHIND HIM AND NOW.
08:39HE'S GOT A LOT OF HITS TO PLAY.
08:41YEAH, THIS LEGENDARY.
08:44HERE COMES ANOTHER ONE.
08:45THE ROMERO SPECIAL.
08:47CAN HE DO IT?
08:47CAN HE EXECUTE IT?
08:48YES, HE CAN.
08:51HE'S GOING TO START PUMPING IT IN.
09:01NOW A DRAGON SLEEPER HERE.
09:06THE LEGS TRAPPED.
09:09EARLY SUBMISSION ATTEMPT FOR LIGER.
09:12GOES IT DEEP?
09:14YEP.
09:15SMART WRESTLING BY LIGER TO KEEP THIS ON THE MAT, NOT LET ISHIMORI CRAVE MOVEMENT.
09:19BUT THAT'S WHERE HE'S MOST DANGEROUS.
09:23DON, I THINK YOU WERE RIGHT.
09:25YOU TALKED ABOUT THE NERVES.
09:27ONLY IN ISHIMORI.
09:31YEAH, LIGER SEEMS REAL COMFORTABLE.
09:34AND HE'S THE CHALLENGER.
09:35IN ONE WAY, HE DOESN'T HAVE A LOT TO LOSE, RIGHT?
09:37HE'S JUISHING LIGER.
09:39BUT FOR ISHIMORI, AS GREAT AS LIGER IS, YOU DON'T WANT TO TAKE A LOSS HERE.
09:44LIGER, 11 TIMES, FORMER IWGP JUNIOR HEAVYWAY CHAMPION, HOLD THE RECORD WITH THE
09:49NUMBER OF TITLE RANGE, 31 COMBIDED DEFENSES, 2200 DAYS PLUS AS CHAMPION, BUT THE EXPLOSIVENESS
09:59OF TAIJI ISHIMORI.
10:02AND THAT'S THE QUICKNESS AND THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE MAKER FROM ISHIMORI.
10:11AND THERE'S A REASON WHY HE IS HOLDING THAT CHAMPIONSHIP.
10:15ISHIMORI WAS DOMINANT WHEN HE TOOK THE TITLE AT WRESTLE KINGDOM 13.
10:21HE WAS EQUALLY AS DOMINANT IN HIS FIRST SUCCESSFUL DEFENSE AGAINST TIGUCHI IN FEBRUARY.
10:29AND IN THE MEDIA HERE IN JAPAN, A LOT WAS PLAYED UP FOR THE FACT THAT ISHIMORI READ A BOOK
10:36THAT LIGER
10:37HAD WRITTEN AND ALSO STUDIED THE ORIGINAL MANGA THAT THE LIGER CHARACTER WAS BASED UPON.
10:44EVEN DID SOME INDOOR FISHING DID TAIJI ISHIMORI.
10:48BUT I THINK THOSE PREPARATION METHODS, COULT MAY HAVE BEEN JUST FOR THE PRESS.
10:53IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S BEEN TRAINING FERVENTLY.
10:55YOU TALK ABOUT THE BOOK THAT LIGER WROTE.
10:58I MEAN LIGER PROBABLY WROTE THE BOOK ON JUNIOR WRESTLING IN JAPAN.
11:04MAYBE THE WORLD.
11:05YOU EVER DO ANY INDOOR FISHING FOR YOUR TRAINING, COULT?
11:08I DON'T, I'M NOT A FISHERMAN.
11:10SORRY.
11:10SORRY.
11:115 FRIENDS, TRIES TO SNAPP, LIGER TRIES TO PUT THE BREAKS ON.
11:19AND NOW A CRAVAT BY TAIJI ISHIMORI.
11:32DON, YOU'VE GOT AN EXTENSIVE BOOK OF COURSE ON ISHIMORI.
12:07Ishimori, as je vous ai déjà mentionné,國line
12:31lui de New Japan
12:41Jules Teruel-Beckreicher
12:43de Juschen Thunder Liger.
12:44Mais il n'y a toujours toujours Juschen Thunder Liger.
12:47Il n'y a toujours pas.
12:48Il n'y a toujours pas.
12:49Il n'y a pas.
12:50Il n'y a pas.
12:51Le ballon slide sur le bouton.
12:55Et maintenant, Liger va aller pour Broek.
12:58Et il n'y a pas.
12:58Il n'y a pas.
12:59Il n'y a pas.
13:04Liger looking great tonight, ageless, no wrinkles, nothing.
13:12Colt, how many young wrestlers have studied Jushin Thunder Liger?
13:16I mean, I remember buying the best of at Gurney Mills.
13:23Oh, wow!
13:24Rakebuster on the floor, my God!
13:27This is what you do.
13:28You get into wrestling, and they tell you who the greats are,
13:32and it's always Jushin Liger.
13:35He is always on top of that list.
13:37He was, and he still is.
13:40Well, Liger has dropped Ishimori with a brainbuster on the floor.
13:48And the title can change hands via countout.
13:52Yeah, I was going to say, I don't know how Ishimori makes it back after that.
13:58It's a great game plan by Liger.
14:03Yeah, no shame in taking a countout victory here.
14:06He is barely starting to stir, now realizing he's got to move.
14:13He's not going to make it.
14:15Oh, my goodness.
14:17What do we think, 19.9 on that one?
14:20Yeah, remote control athleticism there somehow got him into the ring.
14:24Shotae palm strike.
14:29But the champ is in trouble.
14:32Champ is in big-time trouble.
14:36We're going to see that top rope Frankensteiner.
14:39Yes!
14:43So the cover, has he done it for a 12th time?
14:46No, Ishimori kicks out.
14:55Liger has faced them all, and he's beaten them all in 30 years.
15:03Oh!
15:08DDT there from Ishimori.
15:09Yeah, and he got to attribute it to the speed of Ishimori.
15:13Just like Don was talking about.
15:16Those are the kind of counters that he is desperate for.
15:22Ishimori getting a well-needed break here as Liger down with him for the count.
15:27Ishimori can't really capitalize on that.
15:29All he can really do is, you know, like you said, give himself a bit of a break.
15:34Yeah, I don't know how you come back fully from that brain buster on the floor.
15:37That is tough.
15:45Liger has carried the fight to Ishimori here at the 47th anniversary.
15:58Look at, man, oh man.
16:01The quickness personified.
16:08Bring forward.
16:11Standing bombs away.
16:12Got to think, Colt, that the longer this goes, it favors Ishimori, I think, maybe?
16:17Yeah.
16:18One would think, especially with the age difference.
16:21Yeah.
16:21One.
16:24One.
16:24Good Lord.
16:26I'm still never going to count on Jushin Thunder Liger.
16:29I will never count him out.
16:31Ishimori scores there as we get a replay.
16:34And another look.
16:35Perfectly executed moonsault yeah modified acai out of the turnbuckle
16:43And this late in the match to see the speed that ish more is still has
16:50And ish more rolling liger in instead of
16:56perhaps
16:57capitalizing on a count-out opportunity
17:00I think he realizes Ishimori has the most offense. He's had all match watch these double knees
17:08He doesn't want to let liger lie on the outside
17:12Catch any kind of breath is liger out. He might be we might have a stoppage here
17:19Ty jishimori
17:21Wanting to cement his own legacy as IWGP jr. Heavyweight champion
17:28By defeating jushin thunder liger
17:35Have we seen it is it over? No, it's not over for liger

19:27Completely blocked by Ishimori, under the S-lock.
19:37Originated by Gene LaBelle.
19:39Got that right under the nose of Liger, very, very painful.
19:45Listen to the fans of New Japan.
19:52Liger scrambling.
19:54He's getting closer to the rope, but he's also getting closer to tapping out.
20:00Liger, Liger, Liger.
20:06Will Liger submit?
20:15Just when you thought Jushin Thunder Liger was about to give up,
20:19he was able to get that boot on the bottom rope to force the break.
20:22I never thought Jushin Thunder Liger was going to give up.
20:2730 years has led him to this very match, and there it is.
20:31That is what it is all about.
20:33The Junior Heavyweight Championship on the line.
20:37Another thought of a Bloody Cross there from Ishimori,
20:40and he comes forward with a thunderous close line.
20:44Has he done it?
21:07That's the exact scenario by which Liger caught that flash pin during the honorizing tour.
21:16Dez Press!
21:17Dez Press!
21:19Dez Press!
21:20Jushin Moore obviously worked on a counter for that after taking that pin.
21:25Shote underneath.
21:29Planted him.
21:33Liger is down.
21:37Covering the eyes of Liger with that wrist too.
21:39I don't think Liger can see where he is.
21:41I don't think for a second, but look at this counter.
21:44Oh, that was perfectly done.
21:47Ishimori rolls Liger far away from Rote.
21:49He's dead in the center.
21:50Yeah, he's got a tag.
21:51No way.
21:53No way.
21:54No way does Jushin Moore give up.
21:55Oh, my.
21:56Had no choice.
21:58Sure fine dinner, kid.
22:01Wow, what a match.
22:03Still alive, WGPJ Heavyweight Champion, Taiji Ishimori.
22:10That's great a championship match as fans could hope for.
22:21You got to say to yourself, what and who is going to make Jushin Thunder Liger give up and realize
22:28that it is not his destiny and that person is Taiji Ishimori.
22:34And I said beforehand, he must have thought to himself, I have to be Liger to know that I am
22:41the very best junior in Japan or the world.
22:44And that's exactly what he just did.
22:48So Taiji Ishimori has submitted Jushin Thunder Liger and is retaining the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.
23:00What?
23:01Liger showed every bit the reason why he is the absolute embodiment of the world legend.
23:12Yeah, fantastic effort by Liger at the end of the day.
23:15The wear and tear 30 years on that body of those shoulders.
23:19Too much.
23:20Had to tap.
23:21No shame in that.
23:22Ishimori, best in the world.
23:24Yeah, what a boast of confidence this has to be for Ishimori.
23:30I don't know who's gonna be able to stop this now.
23:56Next match is gonna be April 6th at Magic Square Garden.
24:02I would like to have a title match.
24:13I would like to have a title match.
24:17You gotta come out, someone from ROH.
24:25Well, Dragon Lee.
24:27Yeah, well, he's not representing ROH.
24:30But he is no stranger to Ring of Honor is Dragon Lee.
24:34Yeah, CMLL competitor and very, very well known.
24:42The fans of New Japan Pro Wrestling and all around the world.
24:47Can you translate this one, Dan?
24:48Oh, absolutely.
24:49I don't like to show off though.
25:13He doesn't represent ROH, he represents CMLL.
25:24He says he wants the belt around that waist.
25:28Where does he want it?
25:30In the garden?
25:31Wow, you do speak Spanish.
25:32Uh-huh.
25:38Okay?
25:40Uh-huh.
25:40C'est parti.
