00:00I mean, in terms of escalation, obviously, we'd have to see.
00:02I think it's too early to judge on that.
00:04I think, frankly, the escalation happened years ago when Putin invaded
00:08and committed this barbaric act of invading a free and sovereign country.
00:11I think what this shows, this latest attack so near to Boris Johnson and other dignitaries,
00:16and, of course, Ukrainian civilians, is why we need to keep backing Ukraine,
00:20as we have done from the outset, and doing so in partnership with the government.
00:24This is a consensus.
00:25You know, we all want to support Ukraine,
00:27but also recognizing why we need to invest in our own defense
00:30and why we set out our fully funded plan to get to 3%
00:32and send that signal to Putin that we are not going to be cowed by his aggression.
