00:06President Putin has broken the peace deals he's made with Ukraine in the past. He's reinvaded

00:12again in 2022 after his first invasion in 2014. And we need to stop that risk of a further invasion.

00:20That's why our support for Ukraine will continue. That's why this coalition of the willing is coming

00:27together and why the US, we hope, will provide that backstop, that will provide that guarantee

00:33for security in Ukraine, that will stop President Putin thinking he can reinvade

00:38in the future and subjugate Ukraine as is his desire.
