00:45Before he could even use the toilet, he had his own working electric drill,
00:50battery drill, and he would try and drill into whatever he could.
00:54While Charlie is the youngest artist to ever exhibit at the open studios,
00:59it will be the 13th and final time that Margaret River glassblower Jerry Riley
01:03will open his studio doors.
01:05Tucked away on his south-west property,
01:07Jerry has been showcasing his unique craft to the public since 1991.
01:12It's very special, crushed-up coloured glass.
01:15The glassblowing is what keeps me, you know, challenged, which is really good.
01:21With mixed feelings, he and his partner will close the studio next year
01:26to travel and explore other artistic avenues.
