The Loveless Church — Revelation 2:1–7 ✝️
In Revelation 2, Jesus delivers a message to the church in Ephesus. He recognizes their hard work, patience, endurance, discernment, and rejection of evil.
However, Jesus gives them a serious warning:
“You have left your first love.”
Jesus calls them to remember where they have fallen, repent, and return to their first works.
This passage teaches us that Christian life is not only about serving, working, and knowing the truth. It is also about maintaining a genuine and passionate love for Jesus Christ.
