00:03And so that's the caveat that some are hesitant to put him in that category.
00:07But I think the league by and large is just enamored with Joe Burrow's ability to play quarterback.
00:13You know, you have these great players of the position.
00:16You know, Josh Allen is a force of nature.
00:18Lamar Jackson, same thing.
00:19Patrick Mahomes, he's got the championship pedigree in the Super Bowls.
00:23But when it comes to, you know, decision making at the line, winning with your mind,
00:27playing the quarterback position despite not having like those huge elite athletic traits
00:33that some of the others might have, Joe Burrow fits that bill.
00:36And people admire that a lot.
00:37So I think they want to see him win an MVP to sort of justify their belief in him in
00:42that way.
00:43You know, and look, when he was healthy for a full season in 2024, put up, what, nearly 5,000
00:48yards,
00:4940-plus passing touchdowns.
00:51That's hard to do, you know.
00:52So this year will be really interesting from a chess match standpoint to see how they can
00:57implement some of the under center stuff, which a lot of teams are doing now.
01:01It seems like that's necessary by the way teams are playing with their coverage being back
01:06and trying to limit the deep ball.
01:08And so that's where Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase and T. Higgins made a living at times
01:12in recent years is beating you with the explosive play.
01:16So when teams take that away and you go under center a little more to try to combat that,
01:20can the Bengals run the ball effectively?
01:22And then Burrow can do the rest and play off that.
01:24I'm really interested to see, as an offense with Cincinnati, how they deal in that chess match
01:29and what Burrow does off it with sort of a new challenge and not playing out of the shotgun as
01:34much.
