Isabel R. Nunes fulfills dream and buys farm with access to a lagoon

Known on social media as @ruivaisabell, Isabel showed her new property, revealed renovation plans and said she intends to build a home overlooking the water

Isabel R. Nunes, known on Instagram as @ruivaisabell, shared with her followers the fulfillment of a longtime dream: buying a farm with direct access to a lagoon.

“I fulfilled a dream. Now we have a lot to do here to make it exactly the way I want,” Isabel wrote in the post in which she introduced part of the property.

In the video, she gave a quick tour of the site and explained that she plans to carry out a series of renovations before completing the farm’s final project.

“And I bought a farm that backs onto the lagoon. It was simply my dream,” she said.

One of the first areas she showed was a ranch house that is already undergoing renovation. According to Isabel, the property will serve as her temporary residence while a new house is being built.

She revealed that she initially plans to live there with her dog. The main project, however, will be a barn-style house planned for an area near the lagoon.

“I’m going to live here with my dog until my barn house is ready, which will be right by the lagoon,” she explained.

During the tour, Isabel also highlighted the large number of trees and shaded areas across the property.

“Do you know what I love about this place? It’s full of trees. There’s so much shade here. This place feels like paradise,” she commented.

When she reached the edge of the lagoon, she showed the spot where she hopes to build her permanent residence in the future.

“In the future, I want to build my house right here, overlooking the lagoon. But for now, we’re going to renovate the one up there so I can live there while everything else gets finished,” she said.

Isabel also said she may show more details of the project to her followers as the work progresses. The idea is to give a complete tour once the first house has been renovated and the main areas of the property have been organized.
