02:29These are luminous flares, mostly made of cobalt.
02:33They are fired from a flare gun with a slightly large barrel.
02:38I remember I showed you a picture of this gun, which is used by many authorities in Egypt, or not
02:45just in Egypt, but around the world in general.
02:48People use them.
02:49I mean, people lost at sea, who don't know their way around, who don't know the direction, and they need
02:55to send a distress signal.
02:57They have this flare gun, and they fire flares into the sky to send out an SOS call.
03:03And sometimes certain authorities use them to reveal the details of a specific area, because they act as illumination flares.
03:14Sometimes even gas and oil exploration companies use them.
03:19So it's not something scary.
03:21And even according to what I heard, some people in Egypt even use them during weddings.
03:27They call it a flare or parachute flare, like fireworks for whoever has a wedding.
03:32Whoever has a wedding, they use them as a type of fireworks in weddings and celebrations.
